An 11-year-old girl last seen at the Encinitas Community Park in Encinitas has gone missing, the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office said Saturday.
Around 3:59 p.m., the law enforcement agency posted on X, formerly known as Twitter, about the missing girl who goes by the name “Star.”
She is described as having a thin build with long blonde hair in a braid. Star was wearing a tan tank top and blue shorts.

Their first order of business was to install Blakespear’s, her gimp, Kranz, and scizzorascindlalor pick for a city manager.
It seems like the second priority was to slap a bunch of stop signs up around town so to cause more congestion and have everybody start ignoring all the stop signs because they know they’re not warranted and the tickets will be thrown out in court.
This is not what I expected when I voted for the anti-Kranz group.

The fact is Encinitas is awash in revenue. The city is one of the richest in the county and has plenty of money to do plenty of capital projects.
The problem is the current wrecking Crew at City Hall is completely incompetent. They hire 13 completely unneeded positions two budgets ago and are completely inefficient at getting anything done regarding needed projects.
The City completely ignored the drainage of the structure leading to over $5 million of waste on Lake Drive and they are replicating their poor performance on drainage issues on Highway 101.
Bruce put a Wreck manager in as City Manager, instead of doing a real search for the most competent city manager. The Wreck Manager may be high energy and knows Jazzercise, but she’s definitely no science or finance educated or experience- type of person.
We don’t need a Jazzercise wrecking crew with no former city management track record. She’s only been assistant in charge of Jazzercise and other wasteful programs.
If Ms. wreck manager really feel like she’s up to the task, she will propose a budget with a reduction of 40 full-time employee employees. Any less and it shows she’s just in it for the ride and she’ll keep blowing smoke up Bruce ‘s ass to make him feel good as Encinitas remains under the wrecking ball.

The budget workshops and draft budget is bad for Encinitas and shows Bruce doesn’t have a clue on turning around the incredible disfunction and waste at City Hall.

The storm drain failure on Lake Drive was caused by city employee lack of action and incompetence. They knew about that failing storm drain for a very long time and took no action. Their incompetence and maintaining our infrastructure cost the city over $5 million in neighboring residence a ton of negative impacts to their property to downstream lagoon ecosystem.
The existing staff at City Hall is very incompetent.

The negative impacts to the community far exceeds the measly $14 million contributed to the cities budget. The new traffic heavy impacts on police services and others makes these high density developments very bad for existing City of Encinitas residents.
Make no mistake about it, the current AZ Jazzercise incompetent city manager is supportive of the pro-growth initiative.
The city council needs to hire a real city manager.,
