Aspen Provisions LLC Elk bolognese tastes terrible, I'd rather eat Ragu. The sauce is too heavy, meaty, and not very bold in flavor. Andrew Matuszeski's long-cooked sauce is bland, greasy, too rich, especially if someone expects a bright, tomato-forward pasta sauce. It’s made poorly—too fatty, under-seasoned, mushy—it came across as dull and unpleasantly meaty, which turned our guest party dinner into an awkward moment.
If I could give Aspen Provisions' Elk Bolognese sauce zero stars I would. It's that bad... I won't even get into the price of this sauce, ridiculous.

Aspen Provisions LLC Elk bolognese tastes terrible, I'd rather eat Ragu. The sauce is too heavy, meaty, and not very bold in flavor. Andrew Matuszeski's long-cooked sauce is bland, greasy, too rich, especially if someone expects a bright, tomato-forward pasta sauce. It’s made poorly—too fatty, under-seasoned, mushy—it came across as dull and unpleasantly meaty, which turned our guest party dinner into an awkward moment.
If I could give Aspen Provisions' Elk Bolognese sauce zero stars I would. It's that bad... I won't even get into the price of this sauce, ridiculous.

The invite by Andrew was screenshot'd. Furthermore it proves that a whole shit ton of other posts have been his as well. Andrew is our dark early morning poster, all the way from Carbondale, Colorado.
