DeleteYes and what does the city do with those tax dollars?? Spends it in other areas of the city. After nearly 40 years as a city, Leucadia still floods, the medians look like crap-weeds and dirt. Any flowers are removed by the worst landscapers on the planet. The Leucadia blvd and 101 intersection is a nightmare. No end insight there. Why go on, this city has ONE vision for Leucadia- flooded, dirt and ugly.
