LCC teacher arrested for child porn
Coast News:
A Carlsbad educator was arrested and booked into county jail this week following a California Department of Justice investigation involving alleged child sexual abuse material, according to a complaint filed in Vista Superior Court.
Joseph Anthony Zyburt, 55, a math teacher at La Costa Canyon High School, is charged with two felony counts of possession of child or youth pornography and one felony count of attempted possession of the material, according to a Jan. 26 felony complaint seeking an arrest warrant.

Last year the Voters stepped up and stated they wanted the City to go in a new direction immediately stop the destruction and huge waste that is occurring around us daily. Unfortunately, the new Mayor, Bruce Ehlers, was only used to Blakespear's agenda and her staff and Bruce seems to be a creature of habit.
Instead of coming up with a fresh good plan, with competent staff, Bruce elected to continue implementing Blakespear's agenda and plan with her proven failed staff.
Well this is a new week, and lets tell Bruce we forgive past mistakes if you own them and change direction to make it right.
Its time for this City Council to develop a fresh plan and hire a competent City Manager.
The first step in the Council's plan has to be hiring a competent City Manager or the rest of the year will just be more wasted time, tax dollars, and public frustration on Blakespear's failed agenda and plan, and spiking failed City Manager's pensions.
