Bars and straight pipes. Let's discuss the problems with the bars and straight pipes. Homeless camps under Madonna bridge, moonlight tennis court, and train corridor as well.
Dont worry about downtown, it'll look like Ocean Beach soon enough and already smells like it will all the refugees and homeless urinating and defecating everywhere. At least no children live down there.
I was going to go until someone told me the questions have to be submitted to the League of Women Voters and they will pick which ones they want the candidates to answer. And they only get 1 minute to answer. Totally worthless waste of time to go.
The bars aren't leaving, and the sheriff probably won't enforce straight pipes without specific instructions. Homeless people aren't going away either.
Homeless and Blakespear, Kranz and Shaffer invited illegals (aka refugees) be extruding their excrement all over dat downtown. I smells that shite all the way up here in Loucadia crackers.
The homeless have been here longer than Blakespeare, Kranz and Shaffer. It got worse after the new library opened and the recession in 2008. But there was a population long before that. As for Developers, who do you think is backing Gaspar, Muir and Graham? Follow the money, do a little research on people's contributions....
Is it over?? Can we all breath a sigh of relief?? What was accomplished?? Oh that's right, NOTHING. Glad I stayed in the Lay-Z-Boy and watch football!!
11:46- Catherine did our trust and I am not rich. She did a great job. If the only choice is Gaspar and Blakespear I will take Blakespear in a heartbeat.
9:57, we know you're not rich. Blakespear talks about your puny little trust at all the cocktail parties around town. So much for confidentiality and integrity. I'll take Gaspar over Blakespear any day.
Nice. A specific claim about a specific individual that could directly affect their business reputation and relationships.
That's libel if you can't prove it.
If Catherine wants to, she could get a court to force Google and your ISP to expose your identity. Your anonymity is not protected if you violate the law or the use policies of Google or your ISP.
I don't think Catherine really cares, which is lucky for you. Still, you are a solid gold jackass.
Now that we have hundreds of hours of Council meetings recorded on the city web site, it should be easy for you to point to specific moments of egotistical sociopathy.
7:15, why make someone else do the work? I'll make it easy for you -- pick any meeting, any day, any time. If you open your eyes, you'll see it. Elect to stay a brainwashed drone posting BS on EU, you won't see it.
What 6:42 PM & 10:29 AM is demonstrating (I assume they're the same person) is making a blanket statements without providing a scintilla of evidence to back it up but they expect others to waste their time either proving it or disproving.
Correct, the person making claims without evidence should provide specific instances of the alleged behavior. It's not the job of those who question these tactics to prove spurious claims to be false.
How did Gaspar perform? What was his speil - leadership and fiscal responsibility? The handlers know that the roadside signs get double exposure, since the wife is running for Supervisor. Most voters will only see the name and not know that 2 of these sell-outs exist.
I looked at Paul Gaspar's handout. It didn't say anything about Bays. Please scan and sent to us - otherwise, quit the bullshit! Your losing more creditability.
Sorry 2:47 You are right. I meant to say Phil Graham's says he wants to protect bays. I sent the link to Wc, as I really don't know how to post it directly from my phone to this site.
Article in the tribune about a new high school charter school that wants Pacific View. Don't be surprised if the council troika decides on a contract with the charter group. It's all about money.
That'd be a good thing - this proposed charter school is innovative and Pacific View was previously a school. Teaching kids seems to be in the historical context of the place and it serves the public that elects to attend. If the place isn't used, it'll be condos eventually. I see no problem with possibly reaching a mutually beneficial agreement with this group.
So, Paul Gaspar brags that he rarely changes his mind once he makes a decision. He was referring to Catherine Blakespear's reversal of where to locate the rail trail corridor.
What a rigid way of thinking.
If new, compelling issues crop up in a situation that would make one reevaluate their initial decision, I would say that is a sign of a good leader. A leader needs to be flexible. I guess Gaspar never learned that and I will not vote for a RIGID mayoral candidate.
Gaspar is grasping for straws as he has no political experience except for wearing his wife's heels.
If someone is so rigid in his or her thinking that they will not change their minds, even if new facts are presented, then I don't want them as my city council representative.
Could you feminist/socialist/angry white liberal women try any harder at slander and character assassination? ALL of you look and sound like the two angriest Cultural Marxists Encinitas has ever seen: Barth and Shaffer. ALL ball-busting bitter "get Cultural Marxists hellbent on destroying traditional values, customs and traditions in favor on a UN-style one world government. Good riddance!!

ReplyDeleteThere all your questions are answered...
Homeless and Blakespear, Kranz and Shaffer invited illegals (aka refugees) be extruding their excrement all over dat downtown. I smells that shite all the way up here in Loucadia crackers.
DeleteWhelp you lost my vote.....
DeleteI want to vote for someone who betters our quality of life not sells it out to bar owners, the homeless, and developers.

ReplyDeleteWould be Mayor Blakespear I'm an attorney - paving paradise. Gawd - what a choice.
ReplyDeleteYeah. Funny coming from a drunk sell out to devloper$ and Union$ - Right $tock$?!
DeleteHate women much 11:46?
DeleteAnd spelling.

11:46 PM is simply correct; Catherine IS an egotistical sociopath; incapable of honesty. But how far can she carry Kranz and Tasha together?
ReplyDeleteNow that we have hundreds of hours of Council meetings recorded on the city web site, it should be easy for you to point to specific moments of egotistical sociopathy.
DeleteI'll wait right here for your clips.

DeleteSo, what you are saying is: you got nothing.
DeleteBelieve 10:29's saying you're lazy.
DeleteI've spoken with Catherine personally, seems like a nice, capable lady. I'm voting for her.
Delete4:39 PM

ReplyDeleteGaspar was unprepared. He spent far too much time talking about his business. That's irrelevant. He pandered to the 101 rail trail advocates.
ReplyDeleteHe seems to think he'll coast into office on his name recognition and the rail trail issue.
He would be a bigger disaster than his wife has been as mayor.
Gaspar's brochure says he wants to protect the ocean and bays. I didn't know we had a bay in Encinitas. Did I miss something?
DeleteBoth GASpars are hoping you won't notice that they are supported by the developers. They are good at feeding you with "bullshit".
DeleteI would like to see the bay that GASpar wants to protect. If this doesn't tell you how out of touch he is, nothing will.
Paul GASpar = same bullshit; different asshole.
I looked at Paul Gaspar's handout. It didn't say anything about Bays. Please scan and sent to us - otherwise, quit the bullshit! Your losing more creditability.
DeleteRight, 1:55, your losing more creditability at the credit union. You better get you're act together before you sent to them!
Delete3:18 Bay or no bay. GASpars are full of bullshit and it keeps getting deeper every time they open their mouth.
DeleteI think Gaspar was talking about coves, not bays. Laurel Cove, Manzanita Cove, etc.
DeleteSorry 2:47 You are right. I meant to say Phil Graham's says he wants to protect bays. I sent the link to Wc, as I really don't know how to post it directly from my phone to this site.
Delete4:27 Those Gaspars are so close as a couple, they have one mouth. That's remarkable!
Delete8:55 Are you really as dumb as your post?
DeleteYes.

Gaspars are Trump supporters - egotistical, uninformed, biased, superficial - shall I go on? This is not a Clinton endorsement either -
