  1. Plus One Flyers, tail number N733NC, 23 times back and forth over Encinitas/Solana Beach. They fly from Montgomery Field 18 miles away to make money flying over and over and over 10's of thousands of peoples families. Encinitas isn't near an airport. Plus One Flyers 888-524-3950, where safety is the last thing on their minds to include the FAA. They couldn't care less either.

  2. Could L-7 be heading toward David Meyer? I wouldn't bet against that happening. What say you fellow caring residents?

Thanks EU for the new thread.

    1. It would be open bid, wouldn't it?
F'that, no sale. Keep it, no property is surplus.

    2. Open bid? With Meyer erm I mean certain developers having the inside track with the 4/5 council? Watch for Hinze and Kranz to be in a first name basis with David.

      Delete
    3. Of course it will be Myers. He was the Clark Dev architect and is a relation of Tony's. I think it goes beyond a first name basis.

The naive snobs of Encinitas Ranch thought they lawyered their way out of L7 being developed, and they believed Mosca and Kranz. It was also tough shit for the Piraeus and Clark communities being the substitute. Well, the joke is on them.

Never trust a politician, particularly one named Kranz. He's an even bigger liar and sell out than his predecessor.

  3. I thought plane guy told us he had noticeably reduced the number of training flights circling overhead. Btw. I am a fifty plus year resident in case you wanted to castigate me for not being a local. Much more a local than you will ever be.

Stay tuned to see who gets to develop and profit mightily with what was once a 100% affordable low income building site. The only one.

Want to bet our own dark knight will be representing the selling out receiver whoever he is, once again? It is what he does. It is who he is.

    1. It started up again yesterday. These cheesy pieces of crap flying back and forth over an area not near an airport. The FAA contacted me and stated there "is nothing they can do" Talk about insanity. Law Enforcement points to the FAA, the FAA claims there is nothing they can do. It's like a 3 Stooges episode.
There were two schools doing the same thing yesterday, over and over. Gloves are off.
These idiots in the junk planes think nothing can happen to them....tic toc

      Delete
    2. “not near an airport”

      Correct.

Because the dumbest place for a student pilot to stick around and fly is the heavily regulated, controlled, and busy Class Bravo near an airport, where literally every turn would have to be approved.

      You know nothing.

      Delete
    3. You can call us all the names you want but it doesn't take away the fact that it is dangerous to families on the ground. 1000 private planes crash every year across the nation. Yes, not near an airport. You apparently are one of these airplane nuts that couldn't care less about anyone other than you and these others making money flying in circles over hospitals, schools, care facilities etc. Tic Toc

      Delete
    4. 5:56 ever heard of flying over the ocean? We are coming after you.

      Delete
    5. Student pilots aren’t going to fly over water for three reasons:

1.) They would have to have additional survival equipment onboard. Survival equipment has to be regularly inspected and maintained. It’s an added cost that isn’t necessary.

2.) It’s impossible to practice ground reference maneuvers like constant radius turns around a fixed visual point on the ground in a crosswind. There is no fixed visual point on open water. These maneuvers are required, and have to be demonstrated on check rides for licenses and endorsements.

3.) They don’t have to, because laws. Go fuck yourself.

      Delete
    6. When the FAA told you there’s nothing they can do, I fear you heard: “Aw, gee whiz. We’re on your side, bro. You are totally right. We wish there was something we could do to help you, but unfortunately our hands are tied.”

When what they really meant was: “Look you f—king crank. Stop wasting our time. We have work to do, and you are a moron. Pound sand. Get lost. Lose our contact info.”

      Delete
    7. And there it is folks. That is how they feel about you and your families on the ground.

      Delete
    8. 9:20, yup.

Not a single aviation death or injury in the history of Encinitas.

If your concern was safety, you should be trying to ban surfing, which has killed plenty of people in Encinitas.

      Good luck.

      Delete
    9. Too add, these plane clowns think we can't hear them even at 5000 ft. Well, not only can we hear them, lets not forget about the leaded fuel they use. In San Diego County last year 8 planes went down. So far only one crash landed on a Carlsbad beach. Yaaa' they never go down. Remember...the Faa is not your friend.
Now, if the planes wants to go out and back, we don't care. If the back and forth and circling continues, get ready.

      Delete
    10. Nobody cares whether you care.

      You are irrelevant.

      Delete
    11. Ohh' someone will care. We are in the process of filing terrorist complaints against the planes owners, the schools and private flying clubs.. Homeland Security cares. Circle our neighborhoods over and over and over?
Expect a couple guys showing up with 9's in a holster.
Mess with our families and this is the result.

  9. Don't forget Tony got a free trip with his wife to Israel when he got elected. It was paid for by Jewish Family Services. Of course he is going to side with Israel. I remember when he went and then he pontificated on FB how he could solve the Palestinian/Israeli problems. It was really rather amusing since the conflict between those 2 entities has been going on longer than Tony has been alive. Leichtag is a major contributor to people like Tony. What is so sad is Kranz is not the brightest brick on the block and him saying anything about the conflict is just stupid. Encinitas is not directly involved in that conflict so why say anything? L7 was taken off the possibilities of putting new homes and the Council at the time put the homes on Clark. The very rich live in in that area.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Wonder how long it will take Leichtag to try and get those 60 plus acres developed? The current housing crisis seems the perfect opportunity, especially with their boy Tony as mayor.

  11. While Bruce and tony were on the same page about what should be L-7's future, tony tried the shut Bruce up or off when some clarity was trying to be brought forward. The city lawyer told tony that Bruce had the floor and deserved to finish his thought. Wtf. They agreed on L-7 and then tony had a power trip urge try to take over and end the discussion?

Ah yes, the well known anger management problem showed its ugly face again, even when they agreed. Something weird is going on wit those two.

As for joy and hinze, give us a break and retire. Give this community a break and go away. Pretty please?

Surplus property? Really? In this town there is no surplus property. There is a property on Quail Gardens Dr. that started out as intending to become a park. Declare that L-7 lot surplus and just wait. The vultures will circle until it is not a park or a 100% low income site. In spite of what tony says, who believes it will not end up as another McMansion property? I would like to believe the words that he spoke tonight about L-7. I can dream.

Work hard to protect your integrity and reputation. Make sure people know you as a reliable and honorable person. When you say something, people should give your words weight because your character is known and respected.

Don’t be a dumb, lying, POS who constantly pulls stuff out of his ass like 6:11. Nobody listens to him, because he’s a never ending fountain of bullshit.

And by the way, you can just as easily replace the word Republican with the word Democrat in the first paragraph. The extremes in both parties result in people like you and like Trump. 🀒

The failure of the Republican Party is believing that the views of a small minority represents the views of the majority, specifically as regards abortion. It's called projection, which is what all of you Republican idiots who bitch about the mainstream media are actually doing.
It's always projection with the Republicans. Just pick an issue, like for instance claims of grooming and sex crimes: https://www.huffpost.com/.../texas-republican-child-abuse...

San Diego is facing more than $1 billion in projected budget deficits over the next five years that city officials are blaming on higher worker salaries, larger pension payments and more spending on homelessness.
Other contributing factors to the deficits, which are part of a long-term budgeting document unveiled Thursday, include rising costs for vehicles, fuel, rent and lawsuit payouts.

The 84-page document, called a five-year outlook, also blame the expiration of federal pandemic aid and the city’s need to fund the operation of new facilities slated to open: five fire stations, three libraries and 34 parks.

I know its getting tough with Phony and I am very concerned about you, I saw you two arguing last week at the Pannikan. At first I thought it was about the bill, but then I leaned in and over heard it was about pet names. She was screaming at you that it is not a "click" as you suggested and is clearly a "dlit". I thought she was going to punch you he was getting so worked up. I almost stepped in, when she was screaming so much with spit straying right in your face dripping into your mouth to the point that you had to use your WSJ to shield your face.

Man, I do not know how you can put up with that kind of abuse, but I guess the BIA's payments must be worth it.

Well, have a soul searching good peaceful time in Barstow and come back soon to continue to stack and pack in Encinitas! Can you start working on 15 to 20 stories buildings, please. They are very popular in Miami and we do have million of new residents flooding here that we must house. Its our duty to provide housing for all that need a home, no matter their religion, skin shade, crouch style, dress codes, country they were born in, current papers, eating habits, or financial means. All deserve an affordable home in the former family friendly nature loving beach town called Encinitas.

    3. No science journal ever published those predictions. Your problem is you don’t read or understand science journals.

Science tells us that the net energy in our climate system results from an equilibrium between solar energy absorbed and converted to infrared heat energy during daylight hours, and that infrared heat energy radiating out into space during nighttime hours. If daylight energy absorbed equals nighttime energy radiated, then net energy remains stable and climate remains stable.

      Even you can understand this.

And the composition of our atmospheric soup of gasses affects how much solar energy is absorbed during daylight, and how much is radiated into space at night.

Our current challenge is that human activity is changing the mix of gasses in the atmosphere. Methane released from plowing ground, mining, and raising livestock is acts as a very powerful but short acting block on infrared energy radiating toward space at night. Thankfully, as it absorbs that radiated energy it decays and reacts with other stuff in the soup rather quickly, becoming less of a problem. CO2 on the other hand is weaker at blocking radiated energy toward space at night, but it is long lasting and less inclined to react and recombine into less heat trapping molecules. What CO2 we inject now will be there decades into the future.

And there’s positive feedback in the system. A little added energy in the system shrinks the bright white energy reflecting snow covered areas of earth, exposing more dark, energy absorbing area during daylight hours. Also, a small rise in net energy melts permafrost, which unlocks and releases sequestered methane and CO2 from the formerly frozen ground. So heating creates more heating.

We are probably already at a point where teraforming is going to be necessary. Instead of relying on natural processes to mitigate our problem, we’re likely going to have to try to block and reflect sunlight energy during daylight hours. This is a dangerous game with unknown side effects. The dumb chemtrails conspiracy theory may resemble a real future teraforming program, where we intentionally manipulate the composition of the atmosphere to counteract our unintentional impacts.

The question is how much terraforming and atmospheric engineering we are going to need. In my mind, the less the better. We’ve never done this before, and we are going to get some things wrong, and the consequences of error are global in scope. Less terraforming is only an option if we get a handle on the gasses that block radiation of energy into space soon.

Your feelings on all of this are not relevant. Only real science is. If you want to question any of this, let me know and I’ll produce peer reviewed research for your edification. If you want to propose any opposing view, you’ll likewise need to back it up with solid published research to be taken seriously.

Everything I see, they don't have the money to fix the roads or complete projects that were promised decades ago.

San Diego is at least transparent about its problems. 🐜🐜⛰️s strategy seems to be burry it deep beneath her hill and don't talk about it. Of course, the worst City Council in the history of our City (minus Bruce) is good with that... they rather talk about fun stuff like our resident's racist (especially those with mixed racial marriages, they are the worst), closing beaches, ruining kids mental health and with increased suicides due to their failed COVID strategy......

Watch - my prediction is 🐜🐜⛰️ will spring a "lets tax the citizens more" act. They will say we want to be taxed more so they can provide great programs at the second community center, fix needed repairs at the wasteful sheriff and lifeguard clubhouse taking up beach towel area and views, and we can fund even more staff that 🐜🐜⛰️ shown she loves to spike. Oh yeah, they might try and say they will fix the potholes, but we know that will always be a lie.

Bruce asked for a full report on the health of road maintenance about 6 months ago, yet i haven't seen it. Is 🐜🐜⛰️ telling Bruce to sit down and shut the f*ck up again?

Do they need more money so they can fund all the failures staff caused by lack of maintenance on their existing stuff like the Lake Drive storm pipe. How many millions was that mistake?

I heard they are not even close to being done on that one, they still have failed metal pipe at the bottom of the slope running all the way to the lagoon, and here comes winter rains.

And don't get me started on the future costs of lawsuit's that we know they will lose big time like the $11,000,000 Roberta Walker case, and they still have similar sharrows in south Cardiff. Absolutely genius. How is that Dr. Worley lawsuit coming?

He was an outstanding man... I thinking it will be north of $20,000,000.
