Jim O'Hara has blocked multiple people from both his facebook and instagram in violation of the First Amendment. Blakespear did the same years ago and tried to claim it was a campaign page, but the judge said if you share ANY city business, news, updates that makes it an offical page.
Jim is posting L7 updates and other videos talking about what the council has done. Maybe he's just trying to support Ehlers and San Antonio, but the law is clear and Jim has stricter rules than other people campaigning because he holds office. STOP BLOCKING PEOPLE O'HARA OR YOU WILL BE GOING TO COURT JUST LIKE BLAKESPEAR.

So you get to be the first to know that Encinitas Votes will NOT be opening again. Many of you were right. I did let some people in that muddied the waters. I've let Jerome push me around for too long. Garth can post on Insider. I was both adm. and moderator and it was taking up too much of the time I have left, as I am now 79 years old. If anyone is mentioning I had something to do with whatever went on last night, you must have gotten it from my FB page, which I am allowed to finally speak my own mind and not have to capitulate to others.
