Encinitas Insider on Facebook has the emergency audio and video of the aftermath.
The audio says this happened at Bobby Riggs Pickleball Club. Likely a cyclist in the separated lane was hit by a car pulling into the driveway.
Obviously, it's an incredibly stupid and dangerous design to have a separated bike lane with multiple driveways crossing it with limited visibility due to parked cars.
Blakespear inserted a provision into state legislation preventing the city from fixing Santa Fe. The city is suing to overturn this.
Look how excited they all are over an accident on Santa Fe. OMED called it.
