And they're off!
The first campaign mailer of the season.
Professional, positive, a little light on specifics but with a nod toward preserving community character. Her web site featured prominently on the mailer does have quite a bit more detail on issues.
Ms. Shaffer had my vote before this mailer, but I am impressed with her good taste and her work ethic. About this time during the election cycle, I get scared to open my mailbox to see what the other side sends out.
Is she going to break the back of the unions that control city hall?? Doubtful. No better than Houlihan, Muir nor Stocks, I won't vote for any of them.
