Coast Highway closed in Del Mar due to cave under road

FYI from the Inbox for anybody heading south today. This is between Del Mar Heights and Carmel Valley Road.

  7. I thought Shaffer intended for the strawberry fields to provide replacement parking for the rail trail. Just dangle that carrot in front of her, and any zoning issues will mysteriously vanish.
