No. The homeless problem improved during the pandemic. A lot of out of staters, car campers and van lifers went home during the first year or two. I see about 1/3 as many people hanging out in the Enc library in 2025 than I did in 2019. Plus, this area has gentrified so much in the last 5 years, the places to hang out are few and far between.
