Royce Williams, a 100-year-old Navy pilot, was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor.
"Our post had the good fortune of having Royce with us for over the 10 years,” Peter-Rolf Ohnstad, District 22 Executive Board - American Legion, said.
“We all knew at some point in time, Royce Williams was going to get the Medal of Honor, and when he was going to get the Medal of Honor, we weren't sure. Because it was for u,s it was a 10-year process."

ReplyDeleteLet me guess, no freak sightings at the event?
ReplyDeleteOf course, not. the freak show are all victims in their mind. They don’t realize that people like this war hero are responsible for the freedom which they’re enjoying and abusing.
DeleteZero respect. Zero happiness. Blakespear and Kranz need to leave Encinitas.
Is that your new American way?
ReplyDeleteBecause I'm such a genetically gifted athlete, I would like to participate in the next tour de france. I sent an email letting them know that my e-bike needs to be approved and have sent them a list of my preferred hydration items (IPAs). I have not heard back yet but I have Starvin following up.

Dear Encinitas,
ReplyDeleteWe noticed a new resident in our city by the name of Density. She is claiming to be a 4th generation Carlsbadian because one of her cousin's cousins operated one of the lego land rides back in the day. I don't know what this woman is talking about but I guess you no longer need to worry about her running for office in your city. Lucky you! PS: this woman is really hairy.
