Lowering speed limit limits doesn’t do anything. People are speeding 45 miles an hour on a 25 mile an hour road. After lowering the speed limit, they’re going to go 45 miles an hour on a 20 mile an hour road speed limit. All it does is make everybody a speeder. So stupid.
It does not slow traffic speeds down.
There are no cops in Encinitas. They’re busy giving trainings in the downtown area or partying on the beach. They spend much of their budget on the ghetto birds. Noise machines with no value for the community.
Woodsdrake shook lives in Carlsbad now. Did she also move in with Lisa Schaffer?
Speaking of patterns, she’s got a history of patterns of her own. Likely she moved out of Encinitas because she couldn’t take the heat from her own vitriol. Fraud.
Isn’t Rimga the SDUSD trustee for SDA? She’s let a child be called the N-word for over a year!? I sure hope all these speakers show up and speak out at the next school board meeting against her!
Let’s be honest about what’s going on here. Even if this council unanimously removed Houbeck, Beauchamp would lead the pack demonizing Ehlers for not having acted sooner. There’s no winning, they are sharpening their knives either way.
OMG Who is the dude throwing a mantrum because he was asked to take his seat in a public meeting? Clearly it’s his first time showing up at City Hall and he does not understand how to conduct himself so he doesn’t disturb others.
I'm not sure now is the best time to do Phony, but if it is I promise to do him right.

The collision was reported just after 1 p.m. in the area of Chesterfield Drive at San Elijo Avenue, Lt. Joe Berry said.
The person died at the scene. The Sheriff’s Office’s Railroad Enforcement Unit is investigating the incident.
