See, the police were able to do their jobs with the community's help and they caught the suspect. To whoever posted those erroneous names, this is why that's a bad idea. Guessing on something like that is simply wrong when you're posting people's names...
NOT erroneous names- Convicted Child Molesters are never erroneous names. They are convicted felons- tried and convicted of molesting children.
For the parent and people who care about kids and not these monsters. Learn about Megan's Law http://www.meganslaw.ca.gov
Most of these child predators are repeat offenders. I think they give up many rights when they ruin the entire life of children and the effected family.
And the rendering to me looks like a guy who's filipino or part asian/part white. The eyes are no where close. But to be fair, they have to go off of what they were told. Pfingst is the suspect's attorney...
They better have good physical evidence, like video of the vehicle, fingerprints on the tape, etc. He does not match the description, and a good (or even so-so) defense attorney could easily impeach testimony from witnesses.
Yeah, I hate it when they get the wrong person. Just heard a rumor he had turned himself in. So much time and money is spent on making a place nicer and safer, then some freak goes off, steals a child or runs a jet into a mountain. Good thing I don't have kids or travel or I'd be a nervous wreck.

Looks like trust fund depressed boy claiming not guilty. So who did it?

DeletePfingst prided himself with the highest conviction rate for any DA in CA. Pretty obvious why he defends suspects now....

ReplyDeleteIf we taxpayers are lucky, he will hang himself in jail....
ReplyDeleteWe'd be a better society if we hung all the convicted molesters. Lets put them all down.
