Truth said, Jenny was part of the mistakes when she was operating officer of the city as assistant city manager.
ReplyDeleteShe made horrible decisions as the head of parks and rec by not doing a feasibility study for Pacific View that would’ve showed it’s completely a waste of money,
She blew the maintaining the beach access and saving our Bluff and stairs from collapse and closing, she helped close the city beaches and keep kids shutter up inside spreading COVID instead of getting out in fresh air and sun during Covid,
She was a part of firing competent fireman, and other good employees because they didn’t wanna inject poisons into their arm ,
and She does nothing to run the city properly.
Whether you like Catherine BIAspear or not, Jenny is NOT a competent city manager.
