  1. Pacific View is a certified Green Business! Yay! How much did this unneeded atrocity cost again?

    1. Overpaid thanks Kranz, Barth, we have an income of less than $200 since we bought it despite promises it was going to pay for itself.

Let’s hear from Tony, he posts here.

    1. It delivers a fraction of the activities Barth and Kranz promised. They somehow didn’t know that most of what they advertised is prohibited by law. Amazing.

  3. Encinitas did the right thing saving a beautiful mid century school building from developers!

    1. It would not have been given to developers. Had to pass a public vote for that Tony, something you like to forget.

    2. What are you? New here? No one said it was going to be “given” to developers. But the school district decided to auction it off to the highest bidder in 2014 and the city wasn’t even interested in buying it, so of course a developer was going to buy it? Then Save Pacific View launched a campaign to get the city to buy it and save it and thankfully they did!

    3. Thankfully they overpaid by 40%? Geezus. Do you not get that developers even if they purchased it would have to go through a public vote. Misinformed much?

    4. and how do you think they would have voted? Would Pacific View still be standing if the city had not bought it? If they didn't vote for the developer's plans, do you think the developer would have just given up? They would have torn it down and there would be apartments there, and if you think CRC is attracting bad elements, what do you think an overcrowded apartment complex would have done to that neighborhood?

    5. You don't understand how the city works, amazeballs. DeWald could not have developed PV without voter approval. Fresh off the turnip truck, you.

    6. 6:51- Tony. You and Starvin are disgusting idiots.

    7. No vote needed. State law supersedes local. The school district was auctioning the property with a guaranteed rezoning to residential. The deal would not close until the rezoning was complete.

Only dummies who hate facts and reality deny it.

    2. Idiot. State Senators all over California have staff that share updates at local city council meetings in their district.

    3. Myeah it goes beyond that. She’s positioning herself as a manufactured candidate that is obvious.

  5. One of Pacific Views past managers had a housing plan of his own all ready to go. How and why was he ever appointed to lead an effort he hoped he could profit greatly from if developed. John somebody. Delay after delay under his tutelage slowed the whole process. Of course, there was always tony who paid millions more of our tax dollars than the asking price to the school board.

    1. De Wald. Had his name all over PV and Pacific Station. Don’t care what he had drafted ready to go. His timing was off. It could no longer be rubber stamped by Barth and Kranz.

  6. 7:29pm Thanks for the name John De Wald. At the time, I saw the housing plans he had created in his dreams of profiting off the developing of Pacific View. He held the whole process up much longer than it needed to be. He also dumped Garth Murphy who was involved solely to preserve the site with no profit motive. Grrr. Thank you Garth.

    1. This is the Beauchamp Blakespear Gonzalez woods drake strategy, run a disinformation campaign to create connections where none exist. Beauchamp overheard saying she was going to link them next to De Maio. Taking the high road my ass. They and Berlfein and the whole rotten crew will say anything to restore their power.

  10. Good Morning, Encinitas! 😃

More stories about the City of Encinitas fiscal incompetence.

Instead of slitting costs for a high. cost fire chief, AZ Jenny led the charge for giving the fire proncessses an even bigger slice of the tax dollars received by the City.

My lord, Encinitas loves there highly paid/pension low-work princesses. Do they have a calendar this year and when will the citizens build the princesses their next 5 ⭐️ Fire McMansion with full movie Theater and gourmet kitchen, For all the time hanging out at the five star resort?

What a gig. Taxpayers get hosed. 🔫💦

Nothing’s is too good for our princesses.

Can we make sure that they get 100% silk gloves to wear for any type of manual labor?

I think they need to put that into their union labor agreement. thank you.

  12. Our local heroes deliver again!!

Thank you to the gentleman who explained about incompetence of City city staff, addressing the flooding conditions around Leucadia.

to the San Diego Guto drug alliance for highlighting how ridiculous the cities actions have been to promote the massive drug increase use and promoting drug and alcohol conception at the parallel of reside.

WTF, the Shitty Manager, Jenny, continues to promote Encinitas as the North County Party zone to get plowed and drive inebriated and kill people.

RIP Emily, Dr Worley, Shawn, Brodee, Emory, and all the others run down. 🪦🪦🪦🪦

Thank you Dave!!! Always good information. I agree the roads around Encinitas are shit. Use some of our massive tax dollars to pave our freaking roads.

    Geeze, massive incompetence.

  13. Jim cannot help himself from being rude and interrupting his fellow council members during their allotted speaking time. He is consistent in that way. He is always having to be reminded to hold his tongue and respect others while they are speaking.
