Look in Leucadia... Planning Commission and Council approved all kinds of crap per state law... more to follow. Check out whats behind La Especial Norte, mid block Hermes, and look at the shit they are currently building on Vulcan near grand view.
Thank God for Prop A because Density Bonus Sucks.....
Bring forward a citizens initiative to rezone all our land uses zones by 40% to offset the state's density bonus law.
Also bring forward a citizens initiative that taxes Government pensions over $50,000 per year by 50%. This needs to be a state wide initiative. I will sign it. Who else?
that would bring the net take home from Mark Muir from $180,000 per year to $115,000 ($50,000 and 1/2 of 130,000 which is $65,000)....... use the tax proceeds to pay for the PERS unfunded DEBT....
This shooting happened on account of someone cutting a tree.
ReplyDeleteImagine the outcry when developers try to clear cut MANY trees as is proposed in the Desert Rose project.
D R is the most ill conceived project, if not stopped more will follow.
