  1. City engineer woman gives very long list of reasons why our $3.7 million lifeguard station's finish date will be delayed. None of these things could have been anticipated?

When completed, how much more than $3.7 million will the station cost?

  2. Kranz and Muir think Mosca and BH are trying to take over.

  3. Take over what? Their brains?

  4. Blakespear shut down crazy women and ask for recess.

  5. What the hell happened last night. I couldn't be there and I really hate spending my day watching the city council. Why do Muir and Kranz think there is a takeover?

    1. Kranz and Muir thought the Mosca-BH subcommittee was bypassing normal procedure and the rest of the council to do whatever they wanted.

Wagner woman wanted to keep talking far beyond her three minutes, refused to stop, so Blakespear called a recess, got up and left the room.

    2. In case you want to watch the council video, the "crazy lady" was the first speaker in Oral Communications. The dueling duos, Mosca/Boener Horvath vs. Kranz/Muir, are Item 11B on the agenda. Look at the physical distance between Muir and Boerner Horvath. If the two pairs had moved any further apart, Mosca and Boerner Horvath would have fallen off the dais. BH looked like one unhappy camper. You can use the jump points to quickly access both sections of the video.

    3. 1:15- Thanks. I'll check the video out now that I know I don't have to watch the whole thing:). Appreciate it.

    4. Warning to us all: BH needs to be one and done. If she gains a greater council foothold and is (god forbid) named mayor, she will be as sure a little dictator as ever was.

Her problem is she doesn't listen - we'd all be screwed.

    5. Mayor of Encinitas is an elected position. The term is two years.

    6. You are correct - so do not elect her mayor. Watch her in action now to know she'd be a disaster as mayor.

No one needs to be told how much damage can be done in two years. The woman has an agenda and it's not to represent residents.

    7. What is her agenda? Honestly, I don't know.

    8. Listen and learn. Don't be so lazy.

  6. Oh WC guess who's back? Please take out the trash and hate from Thomas Roger Ogden down in San Diego. Go away Roger. Now stay out of our community.

  7. 7:44- It would seem as if every council member, except maybe Muir, have agendas. Mosca wants to go up the ladder in the Democratic party, as do Blakespear, Kranz I'm not sure what Tasha's agenda is, but we will find out.

    1. Muir' agenda is to keep staff salaries high and pensions high and fire princesses...err first responders higher than staff.

    2. Thank you. I did not understand whether it was a personal agenda (ambition) or a policy agenda that was being noted. Mosca's personal agenda is clear as you state. He wants higher office. Tasha seems to want to please and achieve a happy consensus. Not sure about her a personal or policy agenda, yet.

    3. Tasha is as subtle as a steamroller. Try to engage with her sometime - dare disagree and you will be talked to death. She is on a mission, stay out of her way.

  8. Thomas Roger Ogden from San Diego can't help himself.

We can here though, and call for his posts to be removed every time he invades our local blog with his antisemitic rants. Roger go away. Stay away.
