Several of us have been pushing for months to get the Encinitas School board to discuss seriously term limits and we just asked for an action item to be added to the April agenda for the board to vote on them. Instead we have an agenda that includes a Discussion on term limits (again) and a prepared Resolution to Adopt campaign contribution limits of no more than $1000 except for personal funders or independent expenditures (aka union and PAC money). If you are an incumbent you barely have to spend anything to stay in office - it's a known fact. If you are a new challenger you need money to create name recognition and get people to know who you are. This is so clearly an attempt by the board to prevent challengers from earning a seat on the board. People have been writing to the board for months asking for them to consider term limits - again the incumbents are totally tone deaf to the community.
Walk the precincts for him? I'd walk them against this sleaze bag. His legacy is permanent budget deficits for Encinitas. Stuff him back into his hole.
Why doesn't he let his wife speak. She just stands by his side with those big ears, fake smile and all that blue make-up. She must be a real air-head to be married to this slimbag!
Phil Graham got the endorsement of the Republican Party locally. Yes, Dr. Lorri did say she would do a Mee Too if he got on the ballot, and I will. Not exactly sure who to talk to about it. Any ideas? I don't know how to do a press release, or anything like that. I have been sexually harassed by many officials, but only if Jerome gets on the ballot will I go forward. I would really not like to do it if possible. Dr. Lorri

Hope you don't plan on running for anything of you do decide to "out" him. I guess I'm in the crowd that wish you would even if he doesn't get on the ballot. But I also understand your reluctance. I was at the party where this happened, so i will PM you if you need support.

The alcohol fueled life clearly shows on his puffed up face, and being able to barely speak should be enough for anyone, or rather too much.
Just having to see his signs around town is an assault on the senses of any decent self-respecting person who has a memory of his behavior toward his fellow council members and the public at large.
Whoever is advising him, and we all know one who, is doing a disservice to this bully and our community.
Here is hoping his past will come to haunt his campaign at every public event that he shows up at.
