Blakespear's campaign manager: Build, Build, Build!

From the Inbox:

Sabellico when running for Carlsbad Planning Commission, though not clear how publicly he stated it. Fits with Blakespear's penchant for pushing high density and calling it "the law" whether or not she complies with said law. It's become painfully obvious that her agenda aligns with Sabellico's.

  1. When we get that slimy rat newsom out and Elder in, maybe the new gov can reverse the high density low income fraud that has infected California and ruined neighborhoods. Remember, vote out the rat newsom and don't elect blakespear...for anything. That includes moscow and the other leftist rats

    1. Geezus 10:19 can not wait for even a few comments before attempting to hijack yet another thread? Why do you try so hard to help Blakespear by deflecting attention off her? Do you even know this is what you're doing?

This is news about Blakespear's campaign manager. Let's discuss. Blakespear supporters, do you like what you see from her campaign manager??

    2. Ignore 10:19. He combines stupidity with ignorance. He isn't smart enough nor knowledgeable enough to have a valid opinion about anything. He's a one-trick, reactionary pony who gets his information from Fox "News" and other right-wing sources.

    3. And you are his bookend. Didn't take you long, either. Do try to focus here.

    4. Let me educate the both of you (if possible). The high density, low income housing ruling came from Sacramento, this is why they continue to push the City of Encinitas to do just that. Low income ghetto housing which TIES INTO
BLAKESPEAR and the others. It's all tied together, rat boy newsom and the leftists that have RUINED California.
      My gawd...wake up !!!!
You probably think binden doesn't have Alzheimers and is not loaded on meds...how do you two dress yourselves or better yet, feed yourselves? Wake up and die right.

  2. Where do you figure Blakespear is going to get her campaign war chest from? - the developers, of course! She is a snake in the grass, that is selling out the community for her political ambitions. Put her into political oblivion in the next election.

    1. Surely you can pick out the words "Build" repeated seven times and connect them to Sabellico's intro "This is my platform."

Read his comments all over Facebook. He is either completely ignorant of all Blakespear's many messes or doesn't care. Either way not a particularly intelligent look.

    2. Who the heck is the clown Kevin Sabellico? I made an attempt to read that note. Either these people are on drugs...or they need drugs. Damn...

  4. Sabellico wears a lot of hats. Here he is in Ohio: https://www.10tv.com/video/news/local/central-ohio-man-wins-appeal-to-get-unemployment-but-still-hasnt-been-paid/530-2be024e1-5381-4cad-9b38-2179064e402d

Closer to home he sits on the Carlsbad Planning Commission. Good luck to Carlsbad residents who may object to being paved over.

Lotsa hats to wear for rising BIA star Sabellico.

  6. I guess trying to actually discuss the underlying issue - lack of affordable housing in the coastal zone - on this blog would be a waste of time.

    3. "lack of affordable housing in the coastal zone?"
Put down the crack pipe and listen up junior. There is no affordable housing in the coastal zone...From I.B to Oceanside. And why should there be? That's like saying I'm without enough funds to live where I want, I should be able to live where I want. It doesn't work like that.
And guess who pushes this garbage...leftists, it's always leftists. But wait, somehow the frauds "always" make money on the garbage. Sheeps clothing...beware

    5. Well, it may be the case that there's not enough affordable housing here (there's obviously some), but you don't think a community has a moral obligation to house the workers upon which it relies for its quality of life? And environmentally, you agree with the greater impact of requiring low wage workers to drive further from their homes to the communities they serve? That sounds rather dickish.

    6. They can ride a bike from their homes, oh wait the bike lanes are dangerous around here, scratch that.

    7. Marco you fight tooth and nail against affordable housing yet the fake care for "workers." We have your number.

Does the coast law group owner support your bloviating all over social media? Curious.

    8. There is plenty of affordability units in Encinitas. There are over 60,000 people who live in this arid desert.

All these density building projects just make it more packed with more water use. It will not help lower housing costs. There is too much latent demand.

The whole desert is overbuilt. Watch the Cadillac Desert or read the headlines about the Colorado water shed is overbuilt. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hkbebOhnCjA

IF you want to build affordable sustainable units build them were there is water and let these people live a sustainable life. https://www.hcn.org/articles/opinion-water-shortages-on-the-colorado-river-require-a-reduction-in-demand

Density Sacramento bigtime! Highrise the shit out of Sacramento but leave the desert here in Encinitas at 60,000. Enough is enough.

BIAspear and clown council are ruining Encinitas.

Listen to carpetbagger butt plug. Its so funny Olivenhain elected this fool. Core Values... blah, blah, blah.

F BIAspear and F Newsom. I can not wait until they are gone!

    9. It sounds smart to me to preserve a formerly cool beach town and promote higher density with subsidized rents near areas with water and away from our fragile coast. Marco - why do you seem soooo hell bent our ruining our precious coastline?

      Delete
    10. "moral obligation?" to live at the BEACH???!!!!!! Are you insane? You see folks, this is how the left thinks.
This reads just like the nut cases ruining the United States by letting in hundreds of thousands of infected illegals from all over the world.
      Moral obligation...you are insane

    4. Yes, called in. You and Sabellico are all over FB rah-rahing together. Please. Know what you shy away from? The truth.

  8. Affordable housing in the coastal zone?

I can't afford to live on the bluff. Should the public be forced to subsidize me so I can live on the bluff?

What if I wanted to live outside the coastal zone in Rancho Santa Fe? Since that area isn't incorporated, should the county subsidize building affordable housing there for me to live in?

    ReplyDelete
  9. Absolutely... Everyone that lives in El Cajon, lemon grove, Home avenue hoods, and Oxnard should have an "affordable" home in Del Mar. That is the Ms. BIAspear-Gonzalez theory. No common sense.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Marco hard to see your moral obligation when you're fighting against affordable housing for your BIA clients. Your moral cred is mud. You sure are slow on the uptake there. The more you protest, the funnier it all gets.

  12. Marco, you are such a pathologically liar! You told the Desert Rose neighbors that the new owners, WPG of Orange County were environmentalists, yet as you said these words and represented them at meetings, they were being sued by both the Coastal Commission and the Department of Fish and Wildlife. That is in addition to suing a school district, so that must have made Blakespear and her mom happy.

  20. If only this massive abomination were in your backyard you xxxxxxxxx!

This project deserves our community's say. Thank you judge for upholding the peoples vote.

Let Prop A be our guiding light as it was intended.

Two story's max, may it be always so.

Voting on increased densities, may it be always so.

Thank you judge for seeing what was actually going down between our city and its 'aware' residents.

Justice delayed is justice served at long last. I cannot help but have all the more respect for those visionary's like Bruce, Susan, and the rest now that our city has been dealt a blow to their attempts to nullify the one protection we have against unfettered infill which provides little numbers for our sham of a housing, hosing, unfunded requirement demanded of us by the BIA who has their dirty paws all over our council.

    1. The City of Encinitas REZONED THAT goodson PROPERTY. If I read the findings of the Judge correctly (or not), that rezoning was done illegally. If so, that land needs to be reversed to RR2. You read that goodson? We are coming for that next.
