ReplyDeleteThere is no question that this overwhelming increase in empty train noise is going to have a detrimental effect on people sleep habits and the human brain and the overall health of the coastal community. The statistics will bear this out quickly over the period of five or 10 years.
What’s relevant here is statistical evidence. There will be a massive lawsuit against Encinitas for knowingly doing nothing to prevent the train noise and creating all of this mass metal demise when knowing about it.
People like Tony Kranz and John Gjata that were made aware of this issue and did nothing will likely be a big Play player of the evidence that Encinitas is liable.
Just like the studies on cigarettes this one will play out and show that Encinitas was a loser in the way they reacted. Of course if you elect Tony he will just say he was too stupid now.

I really wish the local reporters would dive more into the failing customer service and all of the bad decisions that Tony Kranz has made over the last 10 years related to the trade corridor and all of the increased roadway deaths in the last five years.,
There are some really horrendous stories out there. And as mentioned above some big lawsuits are about to drop and become public. Many more tens of millions of dollars going to go to settlements and payouts to family members who have lost their loved ones due to poor decisions by the city Council and votes that Tony voted yes on that harmed individuals.
We might not be able to fix stupid but we can share remove it from city Council…. Let’s start by recalling Tony Kranz.

The same goes for some longtime and once respected advocates who 'were' respected for their magnanimous giving to others in need when it was most appreciated by everyone.
Without a united front to install a new majority, we are as screwed as we are now.
This will more than likely fall on deaf ears because of ego. Presenting a united front must be beyond comprehension and I cannot for the life of me understand that.
It is so freaking obvious what needs to be done. At this late date, I fear that the current majority will sail on through.
Was that the intention all along? Say it isn't so, Thunder. You are a powerful and independent woman who we need for the effort to have a new council majority. Can you not see what needs to happen is in your hands? Please, even at this late date, can you see the value of presenting a united front to get the new majority?
If Cindy was a strong candidate she wouldn’t need Julie to win. This only shows how much Cindy needs help in this election.

Jeff is sincere and correct about how slimy the city handled the homeless parking lot, he just can’t dial back the over the top delivery. Tony is not effective and just the mayor’s little side kick. Cindy is a gem and intelligent and capable beyond what Encinitas deserves.

ReplyDeleteAs for Bruce, I am at a loss. He is the best and most capable candidate we have had in decades and will make a fantastic city council member and an even better mayor in the future. If there one candidate that can clean up our town, Bruce is the man.
