ReplyDeleteThis is absolutely correct. Building 1000 units on West Enc Blvd will add at least 2000 vehicles owned by the tenants which translates to somewhere around 7500 more vehicle trips per day. When the cat lady heads to the to the store to pick up some tuna fish for her 15 cats she will be stuck in the run lane and ingress/ egress areas for hours. Depending on the time of day the hours will turn into days.
