Does anyone else find it oddly reassuring that this dude's been cruising up and down the coast for weeks and hasn't felt like chomping a surfer or a swimmer?
Strange coincidence that this just happens to coincide with a solid south swell...

No coincidence that he/she's not chomping on a surfer, the thing isn't hungry. That's the only reason.
