Armed robbery at Shell station

10 News:
The San Diego Sheriff's Department released video Tuesday of two men wanted for armed robbery at a Shell gas station.

The men went into the gas station Tuesday morning at 5:30 when the clerk was in the stock room, deputies said. One robber ran behind the counter and grabbed the cash register. The other man had a shotgun and pointed it at the clerk as he was walking out of the stock room, according to deputies. Both men ran away.

  3. Orpheus Shell.

The owner last made the news when he tried supersizing the station and lost big at the Planning Commission and his appeal to the Council. It didn't help his case when it came out that he had gone around threatening neighbors who opposed his expansion.

    3. They may just be drug dealers. Are you talking about the overlook at the top of the staircase near the restrooms? Isn't that where the State Beach starts? If so they could be charged with Federal crimes.

  7. There's a reason that both Von's have private security after dark, there is a crime wave in Encinitas and Jerry Brown is to blame.
