At least when he was caught red handed illegally putting up campaign signs with Jerome Stocks, he copped to it and it made him somewhat likable. Not THIS current bunch.
Here's a hint. This picture is from a web page promoting a "new upscale mixed-use development located on Coast Hwy 101 in historic downtown Encinitas. The highly detailed and varied architecture blend in nicely with the beach town’s ecclectic (sic) retail district." Zoom in on the banner for the hint.

One person is on a weird single-minded mission to make something out of nothing. Blakespear is severely threatened and you can watch for her and her minions to sound increasingly desperate. Case in point is the dude at 1:51 posting the same repetitive snoozefest on EU threads.
Speaking of desperate, the mayor's attorney bff is all over EV defending her on virtually every topic. It's become a joke with EV watchers.
Fun Fact: Mackenzie Bezos owns $42.4 Billion of Amazon stock, because a spouse’s interest in a business is marital property, shared by the couple.
So if a husband owns, say, a concrete business that profits from stack and pack housing in a beach community, it would appear that his wife automatically has a legal and financial interest in that business unless there’s a prenup excluding it.
I’m no lawyer, but if true, that sounds interesting.
The elitists herein are already starting a smear campaign on Julie Thunder desperately trying to tie her to ANYTHING derogatory. This is what left-wing elitists do, they operate from a base of hatred and fear for anyone who appears to threaten their leaders, in this case Blakespears, control and power. Blakespear is ruling with an iron fist (Do as I say and not as I do) and neglecting the will and voice of the people by actively allowing Encinitas to be turned into Huntington Beach. Blakespear is a bit of a sociopath that is extremely passive aggressive and internally morally superior to anyone in her orbit. Civic-minded Encinitas see and smell this but her propaganda minions will continue to do her bidding herein so continue to ignore these people so filled with hate and fear and do what you feel is right for the future of your small beach town.
I think that Blakespear is a coward. Like Teresa Barth and Jerome Stocks before her, she cuts off people who say anything that brings to light her ineptitude and secret dealings. She has the biggest case of impostor fear of anyone we have seen with the possible exception of her favorite lawyer buddy. What type of pathology drives these two to publicly humiliate themselves like this. Maybe it is $$$.

Help me understand. I've just read the comments saying Blakespear is "passive aggressive", that she cuts people off who disagree, that she has "imposter fear" I honestly don't see it. Can you provide examples? I am not challenging you. I am not arguing. I just want to find common ground. I have followed things very closely, I research a great deal. For those of you constantly slamming her, I want to see your point of view. Can you share examples of this bad behavior, but do it in a way where there's no insults, no ad hominem attacks, no hyperbole?
I assume that you don't watch council meetings. If you did, you would see her cut people off, and you would also see that on important issues, she reduces speaker time from three minutes to two minutes yet lets the lawyers for developers and City staff drone on forever.
