The musical chairs for this election season continues as one candidate in Carlsbad has opted to withdraw from his City Council race to run for school board in San Dieguito Union High School District.
On Monday, Kevin Sabellico announced his decision during an event with the Democratic Club of Carlsbad and Oceanside. He also announced his resignation on Monday as a Carlsbad planning commissioner after he was appointed to the San Diego County Environmental Health and Quality Advisory Board by Supervisor Terra Lawson-Remer.
According to sources at the event, Sabellico told the audience that he plans to run against Michael Allman for the D4 seat on the San Dieguito Union High School District Board of Trustees on Monday. Sabellico, who moved to D2 in Carlsbad several months ago, moved to Carmel Valley so he can run for the seat.

In fact, I hired two more laborers so that they could open at a week ago and when I got there, the superintendent told the other two to sit down and just eat lunch.

More than a decade of doing everything he can to ruin Encinitas. Kranz, along with Lyndes and Hinze and the newly appointed puppet Blackwell, have followed in Blakespear’s footsteps in reversing everything good about this City.
Voting for Ehlers is an easy choice but he needs two votes on the Council.
Blackwell must lose and in the other race Equity Group member Destiny also needs to lose.
Hopefully we will hear more from Bruce on who he would most like to work with on the Council and then Encinitas can finally cleanse itself from The Blakcspear/Kranz rule of ineptness and developer puppets.

Often such mishaps do remove memories forever from being able to be recalled by the victims, so I don't blame her for not recalling what actually happened. I do blame her for taking advantage of her friendship with the mayor at the time and costing us taxpayers $11 million bucks for something she was totally responsible for. Blaming the sharrows for her accident is a cheap excuse for her inattention at such an early hour when she diagonally cut across the Post Office parking lot and riding out onto the traffic lane without lights and being otherwise distracted and not paying attention to oncoming traffic in the dark conditions.
How do I know what path she took down her street to the 101? Anyone who has seen the empty Post Office parking lot early in the morning would come to the same conclusion.
