Beaches near the San Elijo Lagoon were closed Wednesday due to a sewage spill, county health officials said. About 1,500 gallons of sewage spilled into the San Elijo Lagoon after a main break at a pump station on Manchester Avenue at Via Poco. The spill was discovered about 11:45 a.m. Crews from the city of Encinitas responded to control the spill.
How ironic. That very large hole in the ground to capture poo should have been dug out at the pump station.

No we are not a 3rd world country but we have a 3rd world city staff. The city public works dept is made up of imbeciles and assholes. why watch comedy central when you can watch city staff at work, err I guess that's what they call it. I call it a joke on the community and taxpayers of Encinitas.
ReplyDeletePS- The staff that is hired by a business is a reflection on the management and ownership. What does it say about the city council of this city??
It was Jerome $tock$ state of the city report!
