  4. BH needs to work on her Wernicke’s Area!

This area is located posterior to the lateral sulcus, typically in the left hemisphere, between the visual, auditory, and somesthetic areas of the cerebral cortex. A person with this aphasia speaks abnormally and uses random or invented words; leaves out key words; substitutes words or verb tenses, pronouns, or prepositions; and utters sentences that do not make sense. They have normal sentence length and intonation but without true meaning. They can also have a tendency to talk excessively, fast and mumble.

  5. Does BH stand for Butt Hole? I haven't seen that term used in a while!

  6. Two new tv cameras at the corner of Leucadia Blvd and 101, at the intersection.

    1. It IS a conspiracy and they ARE out to get you.

    2. They may be for monitoring the traffic congestion at the intersection to be able to adjust the traffic signal timing and duration. I don't know if Encinitas does this at other intersections but a number of cities do.

    3. As long as were asking nutty questions, does two question marks indicate an extra questiony question?

    4. 12:31 PM
New department section in traffic at city hall that will monitor traffic. Banks of crts (old name) at city hall. Call traffic engineering and tell them you want a tour.

    6. Did Swell put the cameras there? Their office is on the NW corner of 101 and Leucadia Blvd.

    7. Its big brother watching you. Sherrifs have full access to video. Since its public, public should have full access as well. Put them on line like at beach cams.

You can not pick your nose without having it monitored by the Home land security and City staff with nothing else to do.

  7. At least they aren't Redlight cams like on El Camino Real at Enc. Blvd and Leucadia Blvd.

I have witnessed those with shortened green and yellow lights purposely adjusted to catch more drivers. These are a criminally sanctioned enterprise which give little benefit to our city and from which our city receives a pittance from the operators while costing drivers a very expensive ticket that is way out of bounds.

My suggestion would be for drivers to have a working dash cam so you can prove that these lights have been tampered with.

Never, never, enter any of these cam intersections on a yellow. Even then, I have seen drivers get caught by going through on a green that was shortened for no reason, as there were other cars behind them that the road sensors ignored, followed by a shortened yellow to catch our drivers. Reporting this to the Sheriffs has had little effect.

A dash cam recording is your only proof when you go before the court. If enough of these can be shown to be intensional for the dollars, maybe our council will finally do the correct thing and tell Redlight where they can stick their cams.

Back to the subject, I believe those new cams are more for safety at the tracks than for catching any drivers doing something they shouldn't, in case there is an accident, so the railroad can know there is an obstruction in their path. I welcome any more informed answers. I see these all over and they are not for traffic enforcement.

    1. Spray the surface of the lens with hairspray and the images are distorted, all tickets are voided.

  8. I put the cameras there, and I'm sending a black helicopter to your house in 3, 2, . . .

  9. Now City Staff can watch video and do nothing else. At least they are not making bad decisions when they are doing nothing but watching video.

  10. City Council wasted $10 million on a sheriff beach bikini patrol fort, and a 4 million piece of property.

that money could have done much good at saving lives by creating a safe Hwy 101.

    2. Uh, the $10 million was for property, the $3.7 million was for the lifeguard tower. 11:14 has it backwards, hence the question about dyslexia.

    3. Oh yeah, missed that. Was a bit triggered this morning. Sorry.

  12. City Council wasted $4 million dollars on a useless lifeguard tower that wastes precioius beach space. The funds could have been used to rebuilt the Beacons bluff or constructed much more of the Streetscape on Hwy101.

Looks like City Council sold the City priorities to General Giles. They love the trophy project with plaques with their names on them don't they?

What a shame and some real lame brains.
