Police helicopter right now saying something about a 20-year-old white male adult dark sweatshirt and blue jeans, missing person at risk, if you have information call 9-1-1.
au contraire Pierre! As I hear the sheriff's air-barf, there is a 20" (large) pizza missing and...adult male... is possibly eating the pie (?) What a pathetic, lame-ass excuse for Captain Knob-shiner to go airborne. Defund this the cat-in-a-tree sheriff crap. Defund! Clip wings now ...worthless, wasteful, they do not even try to make the message understandable. Stay on the ground until you have a speaker system that works and then please carefully consider when to fly. Thanks for your service!
Unintelligible messages from a helicopter is not enforcement or public service. It is wasted taxpayer dollars. Chopper talk is not an effective way to deliver urgent messages. Use the electronic messages / amber alert system. The helicopter is ineffectual.

So the population is not growing, Encinitas has doubled their allowable residential units over the last two years, there is no sustainable water for the humans in the local region, and none of this matters. Blakespear must support the developers to poop all over Encinitas with their crappy and ugly high density LA blight causing condos and apartments.
I say let them poop all over Oside and PB and willing participants. You do not see areas were the developers live wanting to have high density units next to their homes now do you?
All the successful developers I know live in Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, and La JOlla and such. You could throw in Meyers in Encinitas if you like but that is only because he is married to an Ecke so he has to live where he poops.
Once Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar and La Jolla embraced doubling their housing stock and 3 to 5 story apartment buildings, I will join the band wagon in the name of preventing sprawl. Until then, I say let have Encinitas move more towards Del Mar and less towards PB and Oceanside as far are architectural standards and quality of life issues.
