Your tax dollars at work:
Prosecutors had not filed charges Thursday against the suspect in the fatal hit-and-run of a bicyclist, forcing authorities to release the man from jail.
Nice work, guys. Better hope he doesn't run from justice like he ran from the scene of the crime.
Leaving the scene of an accident is an automatic felony charge - what gives?? Unbelievable miscarriage of justice!
ReplyDeleteIT'S OK TO KILL ON THE 101
ReplyDeleteBonnieD. has failed to bring charges against the 16year old(now 19 years old) kid that killed the pizza chef near Calypso. So you really can't expect her to file charges against this guy do you??
BonnieD, overpaid, overpensioned.
Will someone please, please ask Paul Pfinst to run for DA again.
Bonnie D. wants to run for Mayor - God help San Diego if this incompetent clown gets into that office. Dalager will vote for her tho - she cut him loose from the felony charges he should have faced.
ReplyDeleteThey haven't filed charges yet. That doesn't mean that they won't. It's common. Felony hit and run is when there is an injury. The guy died so I'm guessing he was injured. They know who he is. They evidence for such a crash often takes longer then the DA has to file to compile.
ReplyDeleteJose sez he es so sorry - will donate his beer can collection to the memorial...
ReplyDeleteHow long does it take to press charges on a hit and run?? I guess Dykemanis is engineering her mayoral run instead of being a DA. Dalager says give Pedro a pass - he was on his way to get an oven too!
