Marco's sister names her boyfriend "Veteran of the Year"

Stay classy, Gonzalezes!:
Saluting your significant other’s accomplishments is nothing new, but when Assemblywoman Lorena Gonzalez opted to give her boyfriend a Veteran of the Year Award it raised eyebrows.

The annual honor, in which state Assembly members recognize veterans from their districts, was recently given to Nathan Fletcher, who has been dating Gonzalez for about a year.
Fletcher left his wife and two adopted children about a year and a half ago.

  2. And these people actually get voted for. Must be purely for entertainment of a train wreck variety. Some odd DNA.

    2. 12:23 would be Marco. Relevant or not, you can count on him to whip out the racism card every time.

  5. Look like she dates/honors a war vet republican. I guess they still are humans like you and I. Not much further than apes.

  6. LG glibly stated at a State hearing last year "If you provide less parking, people will take to their bicycles and walk." Went to the same school for nonsense as Shaffer and Blakespear.

  7. Digital signs are invading Encinitas. The St. Constantine Greek Orthodox Church Digital Sign application is on the Planning Commission agenda for July 21.
Which means residential property owners in Encinitas can now put up digital signs year round.

  8. Fireworks anyone? Funny these folks believe they are contributing to society when their belief systems are so out of whack they are actually the problem people of society and represent what is wrong in government, judicial system etc.

  9. Her selection criteria have just been posted on her Facebook page:

    1.) Must be a veteran
2.) Consideration given for overseas deployment to combat zone
3.) Community service or public works benefiting the district.
4.) Veteran must be attached to a favored penis.

I guess now it makes sense. That should make the issue go away.

  10. Congratulations EU. You are now sharing the same story that La Rostra is talking about. And, in both cases, it seems as if there is a lot of bull. There are better and ore compelling issues in Encinitas than what Lorena is doing. And, she doesn't live anywhere close to us.

  11. It's a bad move by both of them, it just smells wrong, but it's not any kind of news about Encinitas. A better article on all things Fletcher came out last year...

  12. Marco Gonzalez and his sister Lorena represents all that is wrong in the US today. Raised by a hardcore feminist and racist mother, who used affirmative action to be appointed a partisan judge, these two 'kids' do everything in their power to destroy traditional relationships, customs and values. Go ahead and just look through Marco's social media sites....COUNTLESS "look at me photos" of this wanna be bad boy (complete with pierced ear) riding $1000 bikes and surfboards in a life FILLED to the BRIM of selfish recreational pursuits paid for by suing individuals, businesses and let's not forget him suing the the City of La Jolla attempting to ban their 'traditional custom' of igniting fireworks on the 4th of July under the alibi of Environmental Fascism. This valueless overgrown spoiled child has NO moral compass whatsoever, the fact that he remains married is bewildering as this is type of person, like his sister, who will do ANYTHING to ascend the ladder of POWER. Good riddance to these radicalized and racist Cultural Marxists and the education system that they 'bilked' to achieve their status...just like their mom...but we all know that the apple never falls too far from the tree.

    1. Marco sued the city of La Jolla for the supposed contamination of the ocean by the fireworks - how much of the settlement did he put back into environmentally oriented causes? ZERO!

  13. Pierced ears have been common for at least 30 years, and before you label someone a racist, maybe you should have something tangible in place to back up that statement. I'm no fan of a lot of his recent moves, but ad hominem attacks don't advance the discussion.

    1. Yes you are correct "Pierced ears have been common for at least 30 years on men with serious personal issues (perverts, pedophiles, faggots and most often guys that look at themselves in the mirror too often and who are associated with 'f*&^ off' hobbies of art and music)...in other words, men who aren't really working for a living...and you know this is true.

  14. Wow, look at W.C. Varones (aka the Shill) go...this conversation just went from 24 comments down to 18 with the touch of his black hat.

  15. True that, nothing is owed and so much is so deeply appreciated. But he must chose the life he wants by the values that guide him. I feel his sorrow for where our country is going and I know that his most raving fans are also our greatest enemies and for this he is trapped and forced to censor in order to protect himself and his local aura. I don't sense that he has kids and it's damn shame as it it is only men like this that are strong with their thoughts and words and disciplined in the habits that can make the best leaders. The scheme and ploy of political correctness has achieved it's goal of not allowing certain groups to be subjected to any criticism, this trend must be stopped. In my next reply I leave this intelligent and generous freedom fighter with some food for thought. ALL of us owe this man a great deal of gratitude for awakening us to so much subversive activity that would otherwise go unseen. His exemplary efforts of providing the truth and insight helps all of us reach a higher level of integrity. Godspeed!

“In a time of deceit telling the truth is a revolutionary act.”

Mr. Encinitas Undercover, may your heart guide your thoughts and may your leadership as a opinion-maker and referee preserve the freedoms that have always existed for our most vulnerable underparented boys to still find a way to make it through the pitfalls set-up for them to fail in their teens and twenties so that they may make it to their 30's and embark on life's ultimate goal of marrying a woman and raising strong children irregardless of their intelligence, looks, or athletic ability. May the freedom of speech further allow this man to become awakened in his 40's or 50's so that he may join those that wish to fight to preserve our traditional Christian-based values and customs for the last few decades of his life. May the love for one another prevail over the love for ones own exclusive race.

    1. It sounds like the guy who told us that the day of reckoning is upon us is back. I don't think that Encinitas political issues are about a particular lifestyle or religion.

I also applaud WC Varones for sharing vetted, factual information and articles that are published in other sources. Encinitas Undercover is a site to inform citizens with a special focus on where our tax money is going.

Now that Marco Gonzalez has switched sides and is working with Glen Sabine, developers and the Planning Department and is benefiting from our financial resources, it is no surprise that he is getting this backlash. I used to support Marco, but not since he has become a high-density advocate.

      Says it all, really.

    3. I haven't heard that Marco is working with Sabine or the Planning Department. If this is true, please provide details and sources.

He has represented density bonus developers at least in the Desert Rose case and publicly threatened lawsuits over city interpretation of density bonus law, I believe.

    4. Oh, he threatens over pretty much anything. He threatened that the Shell station guy might sue - had to "weigh his legal options."

    5. "he threatens over pretty much anything". Um, he's a lawyer, right? Isn't that what lawyers do for their clients, sue or threaten to sue to achieve the client's goal? Marco has his flaws but he seems to fight hard for his clients (and no this isn't Marco - just an observer.)

    6. He fights as a bully fights. Watch and listen to him. Other attorneys in front of the council don't carry on the way he does.

You may like his style and what he stands for, 7:24, but most appreciate neither his style nor his selling out to developers. It's hard to imagine he ever had an environment-friendly bone in his body, judging by his clients and his comments.

There are actually attorneys out there who aren't for sale the way he is.

    7. Sell outs hacks from "just pass th bar" law schools threaten to sue just like some one with no valid argument get mads and threatens violence. Make no mistake about it, he is at the bottom of the tottem pole when it comes to attorneys.
