The parking situation could be a limiting factor for the success of this store. Street parking is very limited and difficult to access. The underground parking will be chaos, as add any degree of difficulty and the problems rise exponentially (destruction debry below). The parking across the tracks is inconvenient, so no one will use that due to the distance. End result - many will go elsewhere for easier accessibility. There should have been a pedestrian walkway over the tracks for a more direct route, but that isn't going to happen. Maybe $tock$ can be a grocery runner when he needs a new job after November? (One can only hope).
