    1. Lone Jack just experienced a major natural gas leak that shut down the road for several days. It took a while to get the emergency gate opened between LL and Carlsbad, but it finally got opened and we were able to go about our day. Joe did a really good job in keeping us informed and running interference between all the different agencies. Basically, he was involved - and that's what you want from your rep. So he gets good marks from me. I don't agree with him on the cultivation issue, but his opinion to put it to a vote is fine, showing he's not moralistic about it. It's such a non-issue anyway since it doesn't affect Encinitas either way. So you're entitled to your opinion, however weak it is, but to me this guys off to a good start.

    2. Mosca is doing a great job for our city. He is level headed and I agree with him that cultivation of an illegal drug does not belong here. I hope he runs for Mayor one day.

    3. The dude walked into town and onto the council without a vote. He was run out of another town. He is part of the problem as evident by the back room deals that got him in council. We pay staff a lot of money to handle things like gas leaks, Joe just jumped in front of the parade. You are so easily impressed. Sculpin called my opinion weak, now I know I’m right about Joe. It’s been put to vote already and Joe has no idea what the pulse of the community is. He was put on council to further the interest of the corrupt. When he has walked a mile in an Encinitas persons shoes, then maybe, but he is a plant.

    4. 12;52/Joe. Go away sellout. Did one of the other sellouts tell you to come on here? Another high school level endorsement straight from nurse gaspars campaign manager. Joe as mayor, what a joke. He couldn’t even get elected to council.

    6. Weak is wanting to give a council member an award for fixing a stupid gas leak. Which is all you got to like about him, you disagree with him on weed. Why are you such a fanboy of him? For fixing a gas leak? Weak sauce. For all he has contributed to the community? Ha! For going against 2/3 of the voters even though he was never elected?

Your attempt and being condescending proves you got nothing, gasman fanboy.

    7. I disagree with Mosca. However, his viewpoint is not out of line with public sentiment in his neighborhood. We will see more of this when we go to district elections.

  2. Owens and White need some prison justice.

They will experience what is like to be butt raped. You should have listened to Sublime fools. Now karma's coming to equalize.

  3. For those who think Mosca is great, think again. He got thrown out of Sierra Madre, and had only lived here a little while and was appointed to the Council. There were many good applicants, so why did he get it? Answer- he is well connected to the Democratic party, as is Tasha, who after 10 months on the job is going to run for Assembly. Guess who her buddy is? Mike Levin and Joe Mosca.

    1. Exactly, I’m a Democrat and want nothing to do with either of those two. Politics start at the local level and we need moral, public service minded people. These two want to be politicians way too bad. We can end both of their political careers here and should.
