Not sure who J & L Pies is. Oddly, they don't have any web presence at all except for sponsoring Tom Smith's Frisco-to-San-Diego ride.

      What, like caging it inside wrought iron bars? Cardiff should consider itself lucky to have something as iconic as http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Manneken_Pis to bring people together.
