  4. Who is running for mayor coming up? Blakespear has to go. Most of the city council too. They've been around too long.

    1. A loud-mouthed Trumper who shouts down her neighbors in public meetings and has a family business pouring concrete for stack and pack in Encinitas and is a member of the BIA. She also tried to misappropriate the names of hundreds of Encinitas citizens who signed a non-partisan petition and used them to endorse a slate of right wing candidates without asking them.

You have good reason to be nervous.

    5. someone is nervous Big Time. Remember how cocky Jerome Stocks was before he got booted. He was in the same position as Blakespear at SANDAG.

Lesson to the next Mayor. Listen more.

  5. ABC. I'll take the IE dog at this point. Last time I vote for Catherine over the dog. I am sorry Encinitas, I failed you. I will never vote for Blakespear again. She is worse than the former worst Councillmember in Encinitas history.

Order of the worst list is:

    1. Blakespear
    2. $tock$
    3. Dalablabber
    4. Cameron

  6. More GOP racism:

In Ohio, a state senator (and doctor!) asks if “colored” are just too dirty and stupid to wash themselves, and maybe that’s why they are dying of coronavirus at more than double the rate of their white peers.

Then his colleague jumps in to defend him, because, yup, his Italian dark skin makes him an expert on the “colored” experience in America.

This is what they say when the cameras are turned on. Imagine what they say behind closed doors.

National. State. Local. The GOP has a racism problem. Send them a message at the ballot box. If you say you aren’t racist, prove it with your vote.

The orange man entered politics/government in 2017.
    3 years.

You know how stupid you appear blaming the orange man for not only all the worlds problems but your own OMDS -orange man derangement syndrome.

I think the independent waiting for a better choice fiscal conservative with a social liberal bent would be the choice for me. But go ahead and bash the orange man. I can not stand him. 6:32 has some really good points. Hard to argue with the facts.

    1. 6:32 makes no points.
6:32 lists tenure of career politicians and falsely and in a stunningly stupid conclusion says they've done nothing.
This is untrue and not a "good point"
      7:56 - are you also 6;32?
Gawd, i hope so.. that would help this world by reducing the number of morons by one.

    2. 7:56,

Pointing out the words and deeds of GOP racists isn’t bashing.

It’s highlighting their own words and actions.

The fact that you perceive repeating their own words as bashing is telling.

You obviously agree that their own words and deeds are inherently negative and racist.

  10. What I do not understand is how can shutting down businesses and the beach and stripping Americans of their rights be OK and necessary one month ago, but now they are saying we can safely open?

To my knowledge there has not been reports of herd immunity and no vaccines given. What has happened is the decimation of our economy and many lives without any valid reason or explanation.

Some are so stupid they supported all of this which results in more homeless and more deaths of the homeless.

Why isn't the news reporting more about the impacts from all the decisions made to shut down the economy and implement a self made depression and for what reason?

The most vulnerable population who Blakespear loves to promote are being KILLED by these action. They are killing their own! Why isn't this being discussed more in the news?

    https://www.investigativepost.org/2020/05/21/covid-19-cited-in-spike-of-opioid-overdoses/

Who is accountable for all these deaths and coming deaths from the self imposed depression?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. What you willingly fail to understand is if there had not been a stay-at-home order and an encouragement to social distance and wear masks, there would have been tens of thousands more cases and deaths.

Now that the restrictions are being eased, cases and deaths will spike, especially where people don't follow the safety rules.

A healthy economy is impossible if the population is under the hammer of an epidemic.

  11. 9:51- Please show me any evidence of your comment, "if there had not been a stay-at-home order and an encouragement to social distance and wear masks, there would have been tens of thousands more cases and deaths."

You are continuing to buy into the unfounded BS. Read the book https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Emperor%27s_New_Clothes

Here is another few tidbits, the world is not flat and smoking is not good for your health.

The people using common sense know better. The questions still stands,

Who is accountable for all these deaths and coming deaths from the self imposed depression?

  12. In Virginia, a Republican campaign surrogate and former county commissioner is in the news for making and posting a racist video online.

The GOP has a racism problem.

If you support them with your vote on the federal, state, or local level, then you are part of the racism problem.

  13. Sounds like some have a problem and obviously that why we are having protests. Also obvious is its not just a GOP issue.

I will add that Demos have a #metoo issue with the likely next president being an old institutionalized man with dementia who thinks its ok to digitally rape women.

  14. 10:39- I guess with your logic, any Demo that votes for Biden supports the raping women.

I suppose you think raping women really doesn't impact their lives much right? You are a very sick person who need help.

  15. Who said anything about the presidential candidates?

Why try to change the subject?

Why not argue that the Republican Party doesn’t have a racism problem?

    Answer: because you can’t.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Who's changing the subject. I agree.

I said the republican and the democrats have a race problem and thats why we have protests now.

I also said the democrats have a #me-too problem with picking a dementia ridden old coot who thinks its OK to digitally rape someone.

I would hope we as a county could do better. It's pathetic and embarrassing.

  21. Why did Mayor Blakespear and Councilwoman Kellie Shay Hinze become speakers at the Cardiff Kook protest? George Floyd shouldn't have died under the police hold. But why did Blakespear and Hinze ignore what Floyd did to a pregnant woman. He broke into her house demanding money and pointed a gun at her stomach. He seemed to have no thought or caring for the mother or the unborn child. He served 5 years in jail and for Mayor Blakespear and Councilwoman Hinze his robbery act didn't mean anything to them.

  24. Here’s a fun one. A little over a week from now, voters in Kentucky will vote in their primaries. In one federal House district, two GOP candidates are locked in a nasty debate about who is the bigger racist.

Boys, boys, calm down. There’s no need for such ugliness. This is the modern GOP—you’re both plenty racist.

    https://www.nytimes.com/2020/06/12/us/politics/kentucky-republican-primary-racism.html

Federal, State, Local. Don’t contribute to the problem of racism. Use your money, time, and your vote to send a message to the GOP that they need to clean house.

They condoned what Floyd did to get their photos in the BLM movement. Shameful.

  29. Major photo op for Blakespear, same for Hinze in her #BLM tee atop her board. That was no lucky photo among friends, that thing was posed to the max.

They can support #BLM all day long, many of us do, but we're safely at home. Many in the crowd were not practicing safe distancing and wearing masks, but for this photo op Blakespear and Hinze made exceptions and gladly joined in.

Hoping they don't fool most of the people most of the time. True believers need to take a closer look at this council. The Emperor and her council minions are naked.
