It is gaslighting when it's coming from Omed who continually creates "facts" around the case intended to discredit and assign guilt to Shaffer. We're all well aware of the movie reference and in Omed's case as well as Marco's and his posse members, the word most definitely applies.

Not defending Shaffer but the inability on the part of Coast Law attorneys to STFU and let him have his day in court is truly astounding. Also unable to contain and control themselves are Mali Woods-Drake Shook, Theresa Beauchamp, Tiffany Fox, Amanda Zenick, and others you can find wielding torches all over facebook. Their anger over having lost the council majority last November is beyond palpable and they direct it at anyone not in lockstep with their viewpoints.
Boyce is the District Attorney representing the people of Encinitas who's trying Luke for his crimes. What Luke said earlier about picking up a rifle to solve land use disputes wasn’t a criminal offense, but by my lights it exposed him has having a temperament and intellect that is disqualifying.
