The sheriff's report says Brian Wayne Graves crossed the double yellow line and the other person involved was NOT illegal but a beloved swim coach at the YMCA who moved here LEGALLY from Czech Republic and was very involved in our community. The sheriff's report and newpaper articles from the time are still available and Mr. Fano, the other person involved was not at fault and was not illegal.
