Jim O'Hara has blocked multiple people from both his facebook and instagram in violation of the First Amendment. Blakespear did the same years ago and tried to claim it was a campaign page, but the judge said if you share ANY city business, news, updates that makes it an offical page.
Jim is posting L7 updates and other videos talking about what the council has done. Maybe he's just trying to support Ehlers and San Antonio, but the law is clear and Jim has stricter rules than other people campaigning because he holds office. STOP BLOCKING PEOPLE O'HARA OR YOU WILL BE GOING TO COURT JUST LIKE BLAKESPEAR.
