Allowing this to continue should demand that an assessed $$$ penalty be awarded to each and every sign placed on anything other than private property.
What an easy source for funds that could generate for the city's coffers. Follow the regulation or pay up.
No need to point out those who have no respect and violate. It is only too obvious who the worst of the perpetrators are. Don't vote for any of them. If you do, you will get the same from whatever office they are seeking.
