10 News:
Police have identified the suspects who reportedly attacked a Carlsbad woman, stabbing her to death during an attempted burglary Monday morning.
According to police, Ian Bushee, 37, and Malissa James, 26, who are both transients, were arrested on the 4800 block of Park Drive Monday. Both are on probation in San Bernardino for residential burglary.
If there were more affordable housing available in the area then perhaps these transients might not have been transients but contributing members of the community. Or not.....

DeleteShut down ALL vagrant service depots: Community Resources Center, Episcopalian free food giveaway, empty buses bus stops, etc. If you build it THEY WILL COME. If they don't like what you build for them, they will break into your home into the middle of the night and take what they want unless you are armed and brave. This upstanding citizen was violently murdered in her own home as these two homeless vagrants stabbed her while looking into her eyes. More homeless vagrant will be looking to break into more homes. BTW, who are the major funders of the # 1 driver of homeless vagrants to Encinitas the Community Resources Center?

DeleteI don't know who is the major funding agency is, but I like to walk my pup down that way. As I approach the downtown section of Encinitas and the block of bums, I cross to the other side of the street. I don't want to be placed in a position where I need to permanently neutralize someone. I do carry pepper spray as a primary defense arm.

DeleteSo long as bleeding heart Cultural Marxists attempt to ban personal firearm ownership (the only thing that could have kept this dear lady alive) we can expect more citizens to be brutally murdered in their own homes late at night by homeless persons. The 'homeless depots' like the Encinitas Community Resources Center and St Andrews Episcopal Church Thursday food giveaways should all CEASE and DESIST of all freebie handouts until a system of accountability and identification is in place so that these mentally ill and murderous homeless people can be monitored before they stab another mother/daughter/grandmother more than fifty times in her face, neck and torso and in her own home. Time to toughen up neighbors. Homeless people are homeless for a reason, most are mentally ill and most are dangerous and unpredictable. Throw some meth in the mix and you get the picture.
