Carmel Indiana figured it out and is saving lives By 90% fatality reduction., I think they must love their children more than we do.
They’re also saving money in lower maintenance costs, funerals, and so much opportunity cost.
We can be better. Let’s do what they did to improve the situation.

Does the city council even care about proper procedure and Robert's Rules of Order. So much interrupting. You can't do that! Don't talk when someone else has the floor. You have to wait until you are recognized. O'Hara is the worst, he constantly interrupts, Interrupting is such an arrogant thing to do.
