In todays commentary just this morning. Private plane with the tail number of N734ZK owned by Jamie Dockins flying out of Montgomery Field 18 miles away. 25 times back and forth over Encinitas. Hospitals, Medical offices, school and 10's thousands. Most of the time between 1100 to 1500 feet. Whom ever was piloting the plane is a danger if they find it smart to circle over and over.
