DeleteToday out of Palomar Airport, a private plane with the tail number of N4629D flew back and forth over Encinitas and Solana Beach, 21 times, and at times, below Federal Law of 1000ft. They were no doubt looking at little boys in back yards and schools. The name of the company is Orion Aviation.
