That’s not why he cut the time. Speakers at 3 minutes each would have exceeded the 30 minute limit for oral comms. The alternative to cutting down to 2 minutes would have been to allow the full 3 minutes to the first 10 and make the last 2 speakers wait until the end of the meeting to speak. By regularly packing the meeting with her. “I’ve got ‘em now du jour” speakers Beauchamp forces others into overtime. It backfired once on Ayers when he was later in the lineup so had to speak later. Whoops. She’s not living rent free she forces herself on everyone else.
