It’s a vague and abstract definition, because aging is gradual, with many shades of grey.
Sex is the same. Just like we can generalize about adults and children from afar, when we get granular, rigid black and white distinctions become problematic and arbitrary. In fact, there’s all kinds of hermaphroditism and gender dysphoria found throughout nature.
Perhaps it’s best if we just treat everyone with respect and not try to impose our own simplistic thinking on others.

Then, AZ Jenny appoints a non-educated failure as a COO (City title - Assistant City Manager), and then between the Mayor and Jace they give the incompetent city manager the highest salary in the County of San Diego and a golden parachute. When Jenny she does leave, she’ll get to retire in her Casa de la Jace estate in her hometown with a huge staff that Blakespear, Ehlers, and Jace can all party at anytime.
Secondly, Bruce Ehlers keeps the proven and failed traffic engineer that puts in designs that harm people, the public reject all his loser designs, and then the city has to tear out millions of dollars of improvements and reconstruct it. And yet Ehlers still listens to his recommendations just like this last Wednesday meeting. Go figure. Even one of the public speakers said that next time they hire a traffic engineer, it should be a competent person that knows what they’re doing.
This is an interesting election. The choices for Mayor are vote for a communist or vote for a proven failure that will bankrupt the city. Very excited about this November‘s choices. Just like the presidential election, I will be voting for an alternate candidate. There’s no way I could vote for either of these two losers.
