Our empty, deadly, polluting, super wasteful, extremely slow, out of date failure should be stopped immediately.
Either disband North County transit disaster, (NCTD) or start a subsidized electric rideshare program that would be highly utilized, And give those that truly need subsidize rides a competitive chance against those that have means.
