  1. Encinitas HAS to Dump $tock$ - this incompetent, bloated carpet bagger has done enough damage to this city.

  2. Jerome Stocks does not follow city code. His signs are in the public right of way as of Friday, Sept. 5, 2012. Signs for city campaigns cannot go up until 30 days before an election so......................that means they are not supposed to be up until Sept. 7.

  3. When any city government has been in complete control of one political political entity for over 12 years, it is time for a change.
Our current super majority is a dangerous situation. They can make radical changes to our city w no input from citizens. The arrogance that has matured over the decade plus has manifested itself in way too many realms. Controlling agendas, changing traditional mayoral rotation, non disclosure of city business, labeling those that do not agree w them as haters, dissidents or jerks, hiding city documents, altering public records, hiding others, building a regional sports park when records show that is not what citizens want, slipping $20million projects through as secretly as possible durin summer holidays, stopping honoring of a deceased council
member are all valid reasons to DUMP STOCKS and Muir.

    1. 7:18,
Leucadia Canadate's Forumn is coming up. What questions can we ask Stocks that he has lied about and then been proven to have known the truth and been caught?

  4. I will vote for Kranz, Shaffer, and anyone else who will take on City staff. While the only 2 people who the Council can fire are Sabine and Gus Vina, I hope that the first act for the new council is to give them both a job review.

There are Department Directors and other long-term City employees who apparently we inherited, or who were foisted off on us from the County during incorportation. We need to scale back on City employees and get rid of the dead wood.

  5. Looking at Sabine's contract would be my first order of business if I were on the City Council. In one year alone, we paid he, and his firm Sabine and Morrison, 1 million dollars. And, I have never in all of my FOI's seen him bill for paralegals, as most attorneys do. She is now married to our former Director of Finance, which seemed like a conflict of interest when she was still with the City.

  8. His Imperial Regional Emperor, Jerome Stocks, knows to get things right he must do them himself, with a little help from Clown Prince Muir. Since if the authorities find him doing something other peasants are not allowed to do, they will more likely help him or take him home. In Encinitas, everyone one knows His Imperial Regional Emperor can do or say whatever he wants with no fear of repercussions. He is a God among men.Long live His Imperial Regional Emperor !

  9. When you get caught with your hand in the cookie jar, it's a good idea to share the cookies. Stock and Muir could've turned this encounter into a win-win, if they'd only admitted they were wrong, pulled up the signs and offered Joe a beer. Hell, I might've even given them a little pass, but now? Now effin way.

  10. SCREW STOCKS....literally. SCREW the magnetic signs into T-poles(3 screws with washers) in high-visibility places. They may not last long, but not just anyone can tear them off....

  11. I agree w dumping Stocks and Muir.
I do not agree with all of the reasons offered by DUPMSTOCKS.org, at all. I could easily replace some of the not good reasons with better good reasons,
Thanks for the access to this appropriate magnetic tool for the 'Crazy Season."
