The current city council has continued prior councils' practice of not providing written summary minutes of council discussion, but only "action minutes" which state the outcomes. Encinitas Undercover will provide a forum for observers to record what occurs at each council meeting.

ReplyDeleteCity of Encinitas can plan for the green future yet our roads crumble. You can't drive an electric car on a crumbling road. How about coming on down to planet earth where the rest of us live.
ReplyDeleteWhat a waste of a Council meeting. We need new council members and staff. Only vote for new Council member candidates. No incumbents.
