It’s interesting that the two items that their residence had the most concerned about, the dog park and pump track options received a high volume of feedback which the City and Consult consultant will be taking into account. Prop A is a David and Goliath story with the Prop A folks being your average folks, while the No are the realtors, brokers, developers, and large property owners.

Rigma is correct about the original intention for L7. I remember little Oliver speaking about finding a snake in his yard, and he wouldn't see them anymore if L7 was developed. I would say paving most of it over, adding a dog park, adding play structures etc. will mean Oliver and other kids will never see a snake in their yard again and the property is developed.

The transit districts are wasting billions of dollars on services that are totally out of date, not used and a complete waste of tax dollars the only people supporting these are tied to unions for relatively higher paying jobs for very low skilled employees.
You could give all the union employees their current salaries for playing Instagram games and do Publicly Subsidize pulled electric rideshare and the transit agencies would be much better serving the public.
There’s never gonna be an increase in the extremely slow polluting service that the current transit agencies are offering. All of the billions of dollars that NTD is spending on double tracking and new bridges is a complete waste of tax dollars. if and that’s a huge F, the federal government really needs that rail alignment for military strategic purposes then they can pay 100% of the cost.
