  1. So Kranz has a new word--bifurcate! He was listening in class to Muir! He still looks like a Bozo--no matter what Marco writes for him to read in meetings.

  2. Lots of plants for "affordable housing" on the 1967 Vulcan project. How much were they paid/

Hey Kellie, try to look engaged wouldya?

    1. wft Hinze what is up with the weird yoga poses? Joy looks confused all the time and the mayor is constantly having her smug smile wiped off her face. Mosca smiles and laughs at odd times and Kranz is always looking for a an opportunity to campaign for mayor 2022. Sad bunch all.

  3. There is plenty of affordability units in Encinitas. There are over 60,000 people who live in this arid desert.

All these density building projects just make it more packed with more water use. It will not help lower housing costs. There is too much latent demand.

The whole desert is overbuilt. Watch the Cadillac Desert or read the headlines about the Colorado water shed is overbuilt. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hkbebOhnCjA

IF you want to build affordable sustainable units build them were there is water and let these people live a sustainable life. https://www.hcn.org/articles/opinion-water-shortages-on-the-colorado-river-require-a-reduction-in-demand

Density Sacramento bigtime! Highrise the shit out of Sacramento but leave the desert here in Encinitas at 60,000. Enough is enough.

BIAspear and clown council are ruining Encinitas.

Listen to carpetbagger butt plug. Its so funny Olivenhain elected this fool. Core Values... blah, blah, blah.

F BIAspear and F Newsom. I can not wait until they are gone!

    2. All development should be halted until water reservoirs at back to normal status conditions. Tell people to conserve so that can be used by additional housing complexes?? How many times can you divide a diminishing commodity, until it is at the point of no return? Blakespear represents this contradiction of resource use.

  4. Wa all can afford to live here because we continue to live here. Its call supply and demand.

Can everyone who lives in El Cajon, Lemon Grove, National City, and Oxnard afford to live here? I do not know, but we should not ruin our City to try and accomodate all of California's housing needs to make a dent in housing costs, more or less housing costs along the cost.

All of Newsom's high density programs that are supported by BIAspear and clowns just ruin beach towns and do nothing for affordable housing. BIAspear, Newsom and any other fool talking about building affordable housing is a clueless moron playing the BIA hand.

  5. Of course BIAspear supports building shit. There are no high density sites selected in Cardiff. Fun that right?

Typical BIAbullshit. BIAspear positions - This shitbox future eyesore is perfect for Leucadia, but let me suggest open space purchases for Cardiff and a quiet zone by my home.

    She is so pathetic!!!!

  6. Kranz supports BIAspear and Newsom. Kranz is bad for Leucadia and Encinitas.

  7. Sad night last night in Encinitas. BIAspear and her clown council completely sell out Leucadia and endanger the public by approving a ghetto 72 unit box on the cornner of an existing harazdous corner. With zero conditions to make the existing conditions better. The City picking lots for obese development projects like this one should be criminal.

Of course Ms. BIAspear-Gonzalez leads with the destruction. Forewarn the rest of north county and OC of the destruction of BIAspear and don't make the same mistake that CA did by electing someone that is as bad as Newsom to the 76th district.

Our City Council is the worst. Please, Please, Please can we get annexed by Solana Beach or Carlsbad?

We incorporated to promote responsible growth. Now we have a BIA guzzling machine elected that can not build the ghetto stack and pack boxes fast enough.

Olivenhain you did not show up last night to speak against our demise. I look forward to seeing your 5 story ghetto boxes built in Olivenhain with your bootie boy acting like he really is speaking up for the character of Olivenhain. So funny- get ready for a real ass pounding. You are next! It feels horrible when your community is raped by BIA.

    4. Small town politics - these Council clowns line their pockets or further their ambitions at the expense of the community. "Affordable housing: is an oxymoron term in this area - yea, it is affordable if you're willing to pay a million bucks for a home. It's called supply and demand. Types like Gonzales pretend to champion for the underclass, because it makes for a self-righteous display of piety. In reality, it is all theater - he is lining his pockets, as that is the only real motive here.

  10. Just got word that BIAspear sent orders to Washington and that Encinitas is open for any refugees seeking refuge.

Come one come all Encinitas is open and Cardiff is especially welcoming for anyone from anywhere. The worst hardship the better. Rubenstein Drive tent camp starts now.

Lets get this party started. We have tons of openspace and places for all to stay. Penasquitos lagoon and Rubenstein Drive are the best places to receive free money hand outs and begging is easy.

Help BIAspear spread the word, Encinitas welcome all. First stop easy money is Cardiff by the Sea.

  11. Let get ready for morning prayer. Make sure you are covered appropriately. We will be watching.

  12. I propose we help the poor Afghans set up a shelter in Cardiff. What better way to show we care. I'm sure the Mayor will get behind this effort. After-all BIAspear really cares.

    ReplyDelete
  13. 7:29 IS RIGHT. We do have tons of open space that could house refugees. Lets start a petition to take 20,000 to 30,000 refusess. After all, its the right thing to do. Just ask the Mayor. We need affordable housing for all. Everyone should enjoy what we have its all good. Come all.

  14. I agree. I went running this morning and we have sooo much land and wealth in Cardiff. I am glad the message was sent to Washington that here in Cardiff, we are here to help.

The US just created and spent $10 trillion dollars in 20 years bombing, killing and creating refugees. We should now create $10 trillion dollars housing and helping the refugees in Cardiff.

Have Uncle Joe direct the treasury to send $2 trillion new dollars to Encinitas and we can set up tent camps at Encinitas Community Park, San Elijo Camp grounds, Cardiff and Seaside parking lots just to start. We have the space and we have the wealth. We should welcome all refugees from Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Cambodia, Nigeria, Colombia, Venezuela, and all of Asia. Welcome all.

Remember tell the homeless you encounter that us folks in Cardiff gladly give thousands of dollars out to beggars every day and we welcome you all to our parks and streets. Come and join us, we want to build a huge commune. What is mine is yours. After all, we are all God's children.

I so look forward to the morning prayer songs over the loudspeakers, the burqas at the beach, and all the new holidays.

I love that we are a welcoming city, and we have the smartest City council ever. Om.

  15. WTF?- this project is perfect. The City Council just approved a measley little 72 unit box, now this is more like it and we need way more of these in Olivenhain.

What the hell is wrong with the commission. Write your City Council. This space could and should house more people than what is planned. Let's be efficient and build more units here.

Look at all that wasted land in Olivenhain, Lets get more of these projects planned. https://thecoastnews.com/encinitas-planning-commission-denies-waivers-for-goodson-project/.

Screw the planning commission, they are just a delay, bring this to the BIAspear and clown council and lets get this approved by right and built.

Write into City Council, we need more housing alternatives specifically in Olivenhain and Cardiff. Those two areas are 100% white and it ain't right.

Goodson is a good son and its a good project. More stack and pack please!!! We need to help the world today!

    1. No sarcasm. I am an olivenhain local and my kids do not have affordable housing. We have so much land out here in Olivenhain that could and should be upzoned for greater good.

Listen to your Mayor and Mosca- Height is right. I can not wait to support massive upzoning in Olivenhain. We have the room. Welcome all!!!

Be sure to send in your support letters and make positive local comments with the Goodson property gos to City Council. i want it 75 stories like it should be. https://yourencinitasguerrilla.blogspot.com/

  22. I love how the City of Encinitas is forcing their employees to get the shot in the arm with lord knows whats in it. Check out their instagram account. They love controlling you minion.

How can they keep calling it a vaccine when it does not prevent anyone from getting the disease it's supposed to vaccinate people from getting?

Yet over 1/3 of the fire department employees still refuse to get it. I think the fire department personnel are on to something. the appear to be the smartest employees at the City.

Watch - next step mandatory booster shots. You minion must be controlled.

Remember- Your Master BIAspear knows best.

    1. Public service notice : Vaccines do NOT prevent you from testing positive. They prevent you from getting severely sick. The 11:26 hillbilly idiot won't get the shot but will take livestock de-wormer?

      Delete
    2. If you want proof of how the stab doesn't work so great, just read Israeli news. Per capita the most vaccinated and now the hospitals there are loaded with the ill, that got the stab.
Does the City make it's employees get flu shots? Why not?
The CDC posts 30,000 to 40,000 die each year nation wide from the flu.
      I reckon I'm a hillbilly as well.
And by the way, the shot "has not" been certified by the FDA. That was yet another lie from the peoples house of fools and U.S Marine killers

    5. Fact: Four anti-vax radio hosts have died this month from a desease they called a hoax.
Fact: The FDA has certified the Pfizer vaccine.

    6. 1:19 - I got the shot and now wonder everyones arm get sore if they are putting dewormer in it. Lord knows there are likely alot of things in a federal required shot to address a disease that has a .0019 kill rate in US including people previously dying from other diseases. It's completely bonkers.

Example- I'm a marine in Afghanistan and I blown up for a car bomb and I tested for COVID. Result is I am listed as a COVID fatality.

or I have stage IV lung cancer and I have been coughing up blood for 4 years. I die and was listed as positive COVID test (which are not that reliable). I am listed as a COVID death.

    7. 6:09 There's no debate with you superficial alternative facts. You don't know what you're talking about because you're not smart enough to look deeply enough to find out what the real facts are. You're a Fox News, right-wing idiot.

  24. It looks like Judge Maas didn't follow the unsolicited advice of Tony Kranz (that Marco and Catherine fed him) to go against residents. What is the follow up on the illegal recording that Tony did of the court proceedings?

    ReplyDelete
  25. Marco's absurd and intentional misreading of the residents' intent in supporting Prop A:

"While those fighting tooth and nail for local control will always argue they aren’t compelled by a desire to keep less fortunate people out of their community . . ."

If Marco had integrity, he would acknowledge that residents support Prop A because they want to compel MORE affordable housing in Encinitas. They don't want to be overwhelmed by market-rate housing that comes along with a small percentage of affordable housing.

Marco can't tell the truth because it hurts his business. He can huff and puff all he wants, but what comes out is bullshit.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Exactly: he knows better but he needs the paycheck. Some people have their integrity, others put it aside for profit.

He's signaling that the city may appeal. More money for lawyers and more money for his clients. Once again he is the last to figure out we see right through his BS altruism.

Save your grooming for Blakespear, it seems to work nicely on her.

      Delete
    2. You guys just don't get it at all. Do you think I would have less work if the projects required 100% affordable units? The relatively recent "we want more affordable in our developments" mantra is going to be wonderful when we get a couple of big subsidized affordable housing projects here. I sincerely hope you'll all be there supporting 500+ affordable units on the old County burn site, or hell, how about a three story affordable project at Pacific View? I'm all for it, will you be?

Don't pay any attention to people that have worked their fingers to the bone earning a living so "they could live at the beach", pay no attention to them. Only you, the chosen ones.
Everyone...come on in. Live at the goodson ghetto mansion in Olivenhain. Have some cookouts, invite your men in dresses friends, dance around an open fire with AK47's, fire them into the air...it's all good. The mayor, moscow and the rest love you and want your presence and voices heard.

Traitors are going to be traitors to our fragile democracy.

Right wingers cannot resist betraying our democracy at every turn.

Ah, the smell of napalm of our delicate political system is somehow a comfort?

It doesn't take a genius to see the bs that is being professed is nothing but a sellout.

The so-called america hating left are the true patriots.

The democracy killing rightwing trumpists are the traitors.

To think a pos radio host is all you have is a clear indication you have or rather should not have a say in our nations future.

Pissing into wind again for all the good it will do.

And to make things the best eva', leaving a billion dollars in fighting equipment, airplanes, helo's and tens of thousands of automatic rifles to the enemy so now they can kill our people with the weapons we paid for...GAWD, THE HIGHLIGTS OF LIFE. It doesn't any better than that. Thank you SUPREME LEADER for all of your genius and insight. And for those that think the SUPREME LEADER to have Alzheimers??? NONSENSE. And I'm sure the United States is now much better off than before, as I see it in the stars.

  35. Long live Prop A! Thank you judge.

Let's hope the current projects in the pipeline will have to deal with Prop A. Since it was in effect the whole time with a temporary single misstep where we were not allowed to voice our concerns, Prop A should be respected for what this community voted for, in spite of the city doing everything it can to nullify the peoples vote.

The city's strategy to put forward two housing plans that were doomed to fail worked, until this past week when justice was finally served for the residents.

Thank you Bruce, Susan, and the rest of you Prop A creators for seeing what was coming our way.

Justice delayed is still justice served. Screw the city. Screw our elected's for betraying us to the BIA.

One of these days we might have a council that doesn't sell us out.

Sadly, it hasn't happened yet, and won't with the current crop of sellouts.

Shameful doesn't cover all the 'stuff' our current council has been standing for. Make that bending over for.

The R30 rezones of the 5th Cycle Housing Element Update were not challenged and the statute of limitations has run. How would you propose unwinding that unchallenged prior action? Open to suggestions...
